I bought one on eBay a few years ago and they were plentiful. Just did a search and there are a couple used assemblies. Plus one new one in Taiwan for $77.55 ($999 shipping)

The seller did cop to it being a 10 footer MAACO paint job.

I work for a surgical ENT practice. All elective surgery has been postponed in every facility where my boss has privileges. That's three local hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers. The latter are essentially closed as day surgery is elective.
