Defidently swap it out for a ax15. Everyone says to swap it out and never look back. But I'll let someone jump in here who knows better than I. I agree with you that the reinforcing rib makes them superior but IMHO having 96- dash with 97+ doors, would look something fugly like Jocelyn Wildenstein. :eek: Unless you could mount the old door panel on the new door. Which I think would also be too much work than its worth.

Sounds right to me? :dunno: But you paint/dye EVERYTHING then I guess it doesnt really matter if the color is 100% matching because all of the panels will match in the end(Grays to gray, blue to blue, not blue to gray.) ..... assuming my logic is okay on that one.

I mean the 92 is a HO and my 98 doesnt have one either. But I'm probably/ am wrong. The PO had it set up like that in mine, judging by the wholes in the dash Is there a write up for that? How are the seats? Are they taller than Xj buckets?
