  2. Your Build date is April 14, 1992 in the 22 hour...
  3. The build date on this one is October 17, 1991
  4. This is a 92 and the actual build date is September 16, 1991 (I have direct access to get VIN info)
  5. Customs and NAFTA Go both ways not just Canada to US so it has nothing to do with customs or NAFTA... I recieve packages all the time from the US thru UPS and never have issues...
  6. I think it is a Canada thing when it comes to the shipping as I too ordered a set from him for a customer and it took nearly a month and I still did not recieve them, after fighting with him thru emails I finally recieved my money back and purchased them locally instead... If I were you I would request your money back and shop somewhere else...
  7. This has Inspired me to start building a Salt flat MJ... I just need to know how to go about it, do you have a website to lookup to find out more info on how to prepare the MJ for a race and what class are you racing in? I aready have plans to build a 700HP 4.0L so why not race the truck too...
  8. Go to your local Fuel tank/Rad shop and they should be able to rebuild yours or make you a new one as They are not available anymore if they can not do it then look up on the internet as there are companies that you can send your sender to and they will rebuild and make you one to match... I had to make a new one a few years ago for my MJ and if you can do the work your self then you need to purchase a new Cherokee Sender for the same year as your MJ and then cut, twist and extend it and you will have a new one which is exactly what I did... Good luck...
  9. Are you Serious?
  10. If you have not found one by the end of the month I will have one availale...
  11. Definately a D44 and A Trac loc D44 by the Sticker in the glove box... As for the Leafs I think that is just an extra leaf not specifically a Metric tonne leaf but then gain I have yet to purchase a Metric Tonne MJ...
  12. Yes That is my MJ... I Ordered in the hood thru my Supplier, If Your ever in Ontario And want one just let me know and I can order it in... I sell them for $550.00 CDN + taxes..
  13. This one is better... http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html
  14. You can buy all the Proper brackets from a Local Auto body Supplier but if you still have trouble let me know I can get you a price compete with all the OE brackets... There are 3 brackets per side...
  15. Fuel pressure should be 39psi and have you checked to see if you have the lines crossed? meaning presure to return and return to pressure as that would make the rail have NO pressure.... Remove the two lines and have a bucket ready to put them into then have some one jump the Fuel pump Relay and see which one has fuel comming out if none then you have a pump problem... The fuel inlet should be the one without the regulator and the larger of the two lines for the 95 Fuel rail... Good luck
  16. I have installed them on my MJ and they were fairly easy to install and the fit was nice... The rear was a little off but not enough to care...
  17. What Grade of Fuel are you running and what Other Performance Upgrades are you running? I ask Because I had a Rugged Ridge Header crack on me and After some diagnosis I found out my Manifold was Getting Too hot with 87 Octane fuel... A little info on my Truck... - Header - High Flow Intake (99+ intake) - Cold Air intake - Complete 2.5" Exhaust system with High flow Cat - 60MM TB - Larger injectors - Dual Electric Fans in place of the Mechanical/electrical - Jet Performance Chip (91 Octane MIN) Aprox 260HP @ crank, Now when I run 87 Octane fuel my Header gets red hot if I rev to 2000RPM therefore the manifold is susceptible to cracking as it becomes more vulnerable… I experimented a little and with some 89 octane but always with 91 Octane I no longer have a Red hot manifold @ 2000RPM... The thing is when your at Wide open throttle the 4.0L engines tend to run lean which will make the exhaust Manifolds/headers get cherry red so if you have cracked a few Try upgrading your Octane and see how long the next one lasts I would bet that it will last a lot longer if not indefinitely…
  18. The Older XJ's Have a smaller Tubing so I think it will be fine but For the later models I see what your saying... The Pipe Might Increase as it gets to the cat as The picture of the header shows that the Tube just bolts on like a stock system...
  19. The Dynomax Header is Much like the pacestter Header and I have seen a few of those Rot out and crack + I like the double flange on the clifford, easy removal and gives me a cleaner install...
  20. I have not used it Yet but it will be the header For my Stroker Engine when I am done building it..
  21. There is no such thing for GM where you can download it or look at it online... You need to call GM and They will charge you I think $80.00 or so to a third party service and they will mail you the Build sheet... If The Tag in the truck is still there with the RPO codes I have a PDF File that explains all the RPO codes...
  22. http://service.gm.com/dealerworld/vincards/
  23. I am pretty sure Thats Normal, my 89 did the same...
  24. Well my 97+ seats require a floor Bracket that was not there in my 89 MJ so I ordered the floor brace from MOPAR and Welded it in then drilled and plated the rear two mounts... That is about all the info I can give as it is fairly simple but you will need to pull up the carpet and weld the brackets in then rework the carpet, I used 97+ XJ carpet and cut it to fit my MJ... If You already have an XJ I would say just buy a 97+ XJ and transfer any parts from your 94 that you want to keep such as lift and tires rather then spend time with this mod but that is just me... If I could have bought a 97+ MJ I would have rather then spend the time and money building one... I hope this info helps...
  25. If You have a 23 gallon tank that means you have a long bed and I see no reason why the 18 gallon tank wouldn't work but I would ask why you would want to downsize the tank?
