  6. Yeah, me too.
  7. Bumping for other newcomers. Followed the write-up yesterday, got the brackets assembled and test fitted. All good. Sanding and painting next, then final assembly when the the interior is ready for them. A drill press would have made the disassembly much easier - drilling the rivets is a pain with a hand held cordless drill! Additional patience too. As it stands I need to replace about 7 drill bits..... But well worth the effort. Thanks again for the instructions (and website).
  8. Eh, I used them on the door from which they came. Find good ones and its easy peasy as my daughter used to say.
  9. :agree: I use this on my iPad. Much better than a PC.

  13. Comanche Hallucination? I hear the desert'll do that....
  14. I had a pea size dent on the edge of the back window trim. Barely noticeable -- in fact never noticed it until I searched for the water leak. Water entered through the seal, across the inside back window bottom to the low spot, then over to the side and down where it made its way to the front pass carpet. Found it with a water hose slowly going around all the window trim. I wouldn't stop checking it periodically if I were you. Maybe the PO washed it for you with the windows down....
  15. Big Al will be with you shortly. ROLL TIDE!
  16. Thx. Any issue changing over to synthetic if its not been used before? Not sure what the PO put in there. High mileage synthetic is what I'm thinking.
  17. Ok guys, what is your preferred oil to run in these older high mileage engines? Brand, weight, filter, etc. Any unforeseen warnings? Advice? Thanks.

  21. How about your choice of a cedar box of churchills... Ashton, Arturo Fuente or Romeo Y Julieta?
  22. Is there a post with pics for a dash removal?
  23. 92 Comanche... I hear ya. I keep looking at this one (internet only :typing: ) and can't decide if I should take the 60 minute ride to see it. http://atlanta.craig...3436503915.html I like the 4.0, but wanted 4X4 on the next one...... Should I bust a move on it? What would you offer? :help: Sorry, if I hijacked your thread, but it appears to have ended with the last post. :hijack:
