actually i think i'd like it too if it had some 17 or 18s and lowered, the Dubs are just a little too much IMO. and minus the woodgrain steering wheel as previously noted, because otherwise, it does look very clean. there are a ton of rides out there today that could be very nice looking if the mentality wasn't "let me jam the biggest wheel in here that i can".

did you run all your fuel out for the winter or put fuel conditioner in? those needle valves can get really gummed up if not. did you take the carb apart when you cleaned it?

BPM, you're right, she DOES play the blame game. maybe with a win the chip on her shoulder got a little smaller. i'd argue her second win will be more important than her first though so nobody can say it was a fluke etc.

Lewt, we're all big Comanche fans here, obviously, and we love reading about other owner's projects and buildups, but we don't have time to read such long drawn out detailed explanations of everybody's builds. please try to shorten it up a bit next time :D

AND THE WINNER IS........HORNBROD!! Yes, the University of Virginia Cavaliers, who are also known as Wahoos (I won't go in to when/where that came to be, a long time ago for sure though). So it's my favorite college and pro football teams. Yes, as both Hornbrod and JT mentioned, I live about 25 mins from C'ville. My Dad and one of my sisters went to school there. Dad played football there in the 50s, so we've had season tix ever since. Kinda of a diehard. As for the Steelers, well I was about 8-10 when they won their first Super Bowls, so like any kid, I jumped on the bandwagon. Stuck with them ever since though and then amazingly enough I lived in Pittsburgh from '02-'06 which only solidifed my allegiance. Hornbrod, what's your address? Fresh Pine, Vanillaroma, or Pina Colada?

WahooSteeler........well the Steeler part 99.9% of you already know or can figure out. So one of my famous Fresh Pine Air Fresheners to the one who can correctly identify the Wahoo part.

SW2, we can bench race all weekend together, my wife has been in Tampa since Wed. taking care of her grandmother while her dad is on a trip (he designs and builds championship model racing boat hulls! very cool). I've got a 6 1/2 yr old boy and a 2 1/2 yr old terror of a little girl, AND I've got one HELLUVA chest and and head cold. Miserable? That's the high end of how I feel right now. Of course I don't help myself by staying up all night surfing my chat forums and ebay, especially with my son's 9am soccer game tomorrow. Oh, and I guess I had a brain fart Thurs. afternoon when I bought tix to the Dora the Explorer stage show tomorrow afternoon. Actually, it will be worth it when I see the look on my little girl's face, she is a Dora fanatic! LOL, here's something I'm sure most of you will get a kick out of too. With my recent addiction to my truck and the club, one night we were up late watching TV and I'm banging out posts on the club. She looks at me and asks kinda smartass, "are you on the Comanche Club again?" And I'm like, "yeah?" (you know, in that tone that really is saying "SO?"). She laughs and says, "so are you having a man affair on me?" I had to laugh. And then I said "yeah?" LOL

My dad is a TV repairman, and he's got an ULTIMATE set of tools.........I can fix it! Glad everyone is ok.
