  1. Shes running like sewing machine once again!!! Found the problem to be a 90* hose, inside the tank, that connects the pump to the outlet tube had gone south and was just hanging on.. Explains why the pump passed the flow test, but didnt have pressure.. I'm 100% certain my pump is good, but I went ahead and installed the new pump just because I was there and an ounce of prevention...... well you know. SO!!!!! To everyone having this problem invest in a fuel pressure gauge. Then check that hose on your pump. Oh and by the way,,, The precision injectors made one heck of a difference in my idle, and power (greater low end torque) I could tell a difference big time.. And another hint.. Advance sell those quick disconnects for the fuel rail.. They are the 5/16 in the help section. In addition, Advanced has the o-rings too, but you must use the orange o-rings, and the pack they sell only includes two for the disconnects and one for pressure regulator (which I used the two new o-rings on the fuel input side and reused three of for the outlet/regulator side.. My trucks back running!!!!!!!!!! woopie!!!
  2. Some people feel the negative connotation of yellow is enough to keep it off their vehicles. :dunno: What is the negative connotation of yellow? Does it make people think of bees? Yellow is taken to imply cowardly. See #9 here: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/yellow?qsrc=2888 Wait a second... Not yellow, but yeller.. yeller is to imply cowardice.. ie; You'some yeller anit ya boy,, or I'some anit no yeller sumbeach...

  12. Pinch the return line when your trying to prime.. That'll tell you if its the regulator... Its kinda hard to get to though.. follow the metal line going out of the regulator it will connect into a rubber line, take some pliers and slightly cut the return off for a few secs and see if you get pressure..
  13. and keep my "unmentionables" in an overhead pocket :clapping: Thats a pretty darn good idea actully... If you had a line of those pockets right along the front of the headliner it would be great. Should be able to hold your sunglasses, garage door opener, lighter, kel-tec, ect very well. Thats what I was thinking... funny you mention kel-tec.. Have you seen their new bullpup sniper looking rifle??

  20. Another reason to use pre-mixed coolant :D I mix my own coolant,, I can get a gallon of distilled water from wallyworld for .67 bucks!! The mix was somewhere around 7 bucks,, the non mix was 10, so the better deal is me mixing it + it lets me play chemist.. Well.......I'm not disagreeing with any one on this........but........ I stop in Sam's Club (Wally World's big brother) and pick up Prestone on the shelf, pre-mixed 50/50 for like $5.67 /gallon, get 6 at a time, and just pour and go :D At one time I used full strength and rain water.......then read up that the best option was the pre-mix, so I'll not play chemist, and get-er-done. I agree that at the parts store, you can pay more for 50/50, like if Advance don't have it on sale.......and I once laughed at the guy at the counter at a Napa, cause he wanted $10 /gallon for 50/50. Yes $5.67 is the better deal.. I just have to drive 45 mins to the nearest Sams Club,, + I don't have a membership.. :( But I always hear good things about Sams Club..
  21. The zippered hoodie don't even compair to the regular hoodie.. But... I'm kinda glad its a lighter material because its turning warm and the zip hoodie will make a great lil jacket to wear when its slightly chilly out, and not too bad cold..
