  1. Not too shabby at all
  2. a very nice color. The axles and suspension look Heavy duty! Definitely digging this MJ.
  3. Yeah, those seats are sweet! I don't know if I missed it, but are those Napier fender flairs? Can't beat that $30 paint job
  4. Glad you joined. We have a lot of educated MJ owners here. I think you will find that everyone is always eager to help out when they can. I want to know more about the small block conversion you have. Mainly how much was involved in what was done to engine back (transmission and transfer case) to get it in? Looking forward to seeing more. That dash is in amazing shape
  5. I unfortunately sold the MJ without taking pictures. I do remember it was very little and not really visible with the engine in.
  6. Alright! It's a really nice place. Alot of things I'm not used to living in Florida. Quads and side by sides share the roads. The best restaurants are close on Sunday which is unheard of in my area. Nice place to visit, but the temperature dropped down to -20 degrees when I was here last winter. ->
  7. I am so interested in this! Are we sure it's not an original turbo diesel MJ?? It looks like everything points to it is original. It still awesome either way
  8. I don't know your level of fabrication skills, but I believe just a small amount of persuasion will give you the clearance you need. I wish I had taken pictures of what I did to make it fit.
  9. Yep, I will take the heat over the cold all day long. Way the heck up here in Wisconsin - 5 hours Noth of Milwaukee. Hayward - population 2300 + me
  10. That looks tough. nice work on the tailgate too
  11. Great looking truck definitely worth the wait. On the later 86s they changed the firewall for the new 4.0 liter going forward. You may not have to massage the firewall.
  12. All the trees here in Wisconsin are dying -> Floridians don’t know what this is all about
  13. Interesting, both my white and blue trucks had the blue interior. I think you're on to something.
  14. Not much to do in a hotel room away from home for work. So I’ve done a lot of post reading on the forums. I just recently seen two MJ on here with the dark blue interior. How common it this color interior? Except for the two I’ve had, I don’t think I’ve seen another in person?
  15. Congratulations! It’s always great to hear that the kids are involved .
  16. Are you missing yours completely or just damaged? I found a way to repair missing parts of the backing board using great stuff expanding foam. It’s not as hard as you think. Just take your time and it will turn out well. I have outlined the process I took in my build up pages. If you do plan on redoing it yourself and have questions, just pm me and I will tell you everything I know
  17. SEM is what I use to get parts like the center console to closely match my blue interior. Stuff is awesome. Mine has held up well the past 10 years. I don’t see that color blue often. I think the blue is the best interior color but I’m partial to it lol.
  18. Looks like the limo I went to prom in
  19. Excellent - now I can try it on another dash I have. Thank you.
