All cleaned up Comanche. Installed new exhaust gasket, exhaust manifold, injectors, spark plugs, wires, oil change, tail lights. Running just about perfect now! Next plan is to get the windows tinted plan on getting 35% to the doors/rear window 50-60% for the windshield.

Looka great!

On the rear, I go as dark as possible for Comanches, unless you plan on having a campershell on most of the time. Otherwise the cab can be turned into a greenhouse and I'll be one rednecked redneck.

That's my dilemma I have a topper on it about 75% of the time so I can't go too dark I'll probably match the rear with the sides 30-40% then 50-75% on the windshield then for the topper do the same 30-40% that way I should still be able to see out of it. Or I'll have to cave and get a back up camera

Nearly 1k miles this labor day weekend on the jeep with no issues!  Noticed one little issue that needs to be fixed. With the Oracle tail lights I did some guessing with wires since my Comanche has 97+ xj wiring the colors are different. Well I ended up swapping the brake light for the running light (so it's always just bright) will have to figure out which two wires need to be swapped20230904_194259_01.jpg.3bb46d9a2a2fe74d7bcfe4dd281c59c2.jpg797179525_20230904_193834_013.jpg.b02f5b19afb65474686c75b7509d3d90.jpg20230904_194149_05.jpg.d42dc7e749e4d3a07eac9131714f1cc7.jpg

Pics of the seats installed?

I'll get a few photos of the seats they just barely fit and the brackets could probably use a trim. they sit a few inches high for me.

I like that jcr bumper. I have a dirtbound bumper winch style but it sticks out so far.

I was going to buy a dirtbound winch bumper but this one popped up on marketplace for 1/3 of the price so I got lucky!

How tall are you, how much higher do they sit?

I'm 6ft tall I had a pretty worn out bench seat before. I sit probably 2-3 inches higher with the corbeau seats. Eventually I'll trim them down

Made some Jeep stickers for the back of the Comanche a few days ago thanks to @jpnjake for the cricut template. Picked up a p-300 Rockford 8 inch sub today for $100 to give the jeep some bass. Wired it in and it sounds great. Super happy with how it sounds for being such a little sub. Fits perfectly behind my corbeau seats.

Found a little rust spot on my driver's side rocker panel. Removed all the rust which made it about the side of a quarter. Used some fiberglass body filler to fill in the hole. Since it's bedlined anyways I figured it doesn't need to be perfect perfect just not an eye sore! 20231002_135503.jpg.e35a43a4a0a5f69283737751fef19df5.jpg

Yeah, those seats are sweet! I don't know if I missed it, but are those Napier fender flairs? Can't beat that $30 paint job :L:

Thanks man! Comfy and good looking but barely fit. Bushwhacker flares! They had a really good sale awhile back I'll eventually get some notch flares but these do the job for now. She's a good 10 footer but it's my beater truck 😅

Ordered a pair of these tonight since my door cards are in rough shape And haven't had much luck finding nice ones. The place is called Turtle laboratory and are making them for 84-96 Cherokees soon. I'll post an update when I get them installedA7308647_Large_6e3cd0ea-4aa2-48a3-87ba-ccc4847ecdcf_600x.jpg.b71a4288467b88bd0279206d55e4c68b.jpg

Jeeps getting a new 100% rust free bed! Not that the old one was in bad shape but why not make the Comanche rust free. Going to por15 the frame while the beds off and hopefully get it back on the road within a few days
