Stock but added the hood louvers from Rod Louvers

Electrical/Ignition-

LED Headlights with headlight harness upgrade from KSuspensionFab,

Battery and Ground Cable upgrade from JeepCables

Rough Country breakout box for auxiliary switches in-cab

C101 Connector eliminated, @cruiser54’s tips completed

Renix Engine Monitor II +

Suspension/Steering-

6 inch lift kit from Rocky Road Outfitters,

Spring over axle conversion, Old Man Emu springs, Iron Rock Offroad Adj track bar,

RC sway bar quick disconnects

Interior-

Gutted the floors and headliner and por15 / rustoleum rust converter, many plans for interior but just keep getting busy

Brakes-

Also would like to build out here, just reconditioned and resurfaced the drum brakes. Everything else has performed well to date.

Best MJ story-

I had just bought a 93 s10 for a project truck but it wasn’t 4wd. A month later I see the comanche come up for sale on CL, shared with my buddy/coworker and got him to buy it. Two years later and after getting my s10 stuck in my yard, I told buddy I need to get something with 4wd – he says he’ll sell me the comanche. He decided his son needed something with airbags for his first car.
