No, the Laredo trim looks like this.

Interesting. So what trims did those first ones you posted come on then? Or were they an option or accessory for all trims?

I believe they were a factory/ dealer accessory. They are listed in the Mopar Accessories  catalog dated September 1991. Apparently there were also stainless ones available.

I managed to snag a genuine Siemens "made with n France" with the direct to ECM wire kit on eBay. I probably won't use the wiring unless I have a problem down the road. The last Mopar CPS that I purchased was the t series and was made in China. I don't know if it was superior to the aftermarket ones or not. In the 33 years since my dad bought the MJ, it's actually never had a bad CPS, although I've changed it several times over the years just because I was there doing a clutch or trans.

I have a NOS headliner. Cool to have but unfortunately won't use it. Working up to my 10 posts so I can post it in classifieds.

Frame rusted through so I'll be offering the whole truck + parts for free to anyone who has more ambition than I do!

I ran across a NOS Vinyl tonneau cover on marketplace back in March. It is truly NOS.
The guy I purchased this from owned some rental properties and a tenant who was evicted ran an autoparts resale business. The landlord held onto the various auto parts left behind for decades.

The wild thing is the comanche shared the same size bed as many of the japanese lightweight trucks of the time and the VW rabbit. The back of the box lists all the beds compatible with this tonneau cover. It is made by Bestop.
I laid it over my MJ longbed and it fits quite well. I feel almost criminal using this. It is a very simple kit. Large sheet of vinyl sewed together by an industrial sewing machine on the edges. Aluminum cross bars and velcro. Simple, lightweight and ships in a small box.
I am amazed something like this is not sold today. It would be easy enough to duplicate. The most challenging part would be acquiring the aluminum stock profile used to mount the top of the tonneau to the front of the bed. That can't possibly be that impossible to source.
I'm going to take some measurements and make some drawings before I put this baby into use.
I'm also going to try and recover the graphics on the box to try and restore the 1980s vibe.

I'll try and grab some photos on the comanche. The vinyl is surprisingly in great shape. no tears, stretches or cracks which is bonkers for being in the original box for ~40 years.
I think I'm going to lay it flat, cover it in a shoe paste / mink oil and let it sit for a few days then put it on the comanche.
