JMO413 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Get the Volvo replacement cap. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/BK_7031396
fiatslug87 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 If you want to never have to replace that plastic tank but want to keep the closed set up you can get one of these http://macsradiatorshop.com/replacment-jeep-radiator-fill-tanks.html Pricey but very well made.

fiatslug87 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Yes, I run all of mine to 2.5L overflow tanks. So technically it is not a closed system.

buxmj Posted November 1, 2019 Posted November 1, 2019 I always bought the cheap replacement caps and should have bought the volvo cap. When the tank sprung a leak at a seam several years ago I splurged and bought a Mac's, won't ever have to worry about either now. Buck.
