FWIW seems AMC was on the money with it's Quadra-Link suspension system. Didn't notice it give out, surprisingly.

I love these trucks as much as all of us, but I gotta say those guys are just another classic example of how tough this platform was. Also atleast it wasnt the prettiest of MJs when they bought it.

I can't decide if thats awesome or terrible. Its sad that they would treat such an amazing truck like that. But then again, awesome showing of how tough these guys really are. Dogged the hell out of it and still going hard.

While it is a testament to the nigh-immortality of our trucks, I think the perpetrators should be round up and shot. The least they could have done was grab a Nissan or Toyota, I know not many here would miss it. Hell, even a Chevy maybe.
