so being a good brother I changed my brothers oil in his 88 Buick century

after draining the oil I looked for the filter location I looked where most would be but no luck then I found it here :fs1:

after some cursing, a broken oil filter wrench, and a busted knuckle I got it out and finished the job and I a m never doing it again for him

I bring everything but my jeeps into a oil change place.

My 08 CTD is a huge :fs1: to change the oil on. At least removing the filter is a big PITA. Fuel filter even more of a PITA. My 01 Cummins was simple..

The newest addition is a 04 Liberty; that will be brought in..

If it is a 3.7 KJ you can change the filter easily by standing in front of the jeep and reaching down. It is on the front of the motor under the PS pump. Easy peasy.

The oil filter on 2007+ Honda Civic Si models is on the REAR on the engine. It also has a metal shield that wraps around 75% of the filter facing the side of the vehicle it is closest.

Ya know there is an easy way you are supposed to change the filter on that car. There is a plastic piece inside the fender that you move when you turn the wheel to the right. It is an access panel for the filter, it has louvers in it. Easy as pie, and I usually use the filter for a 4.3 chevy instead because it has more capacity.
