Not really my thing.

Well, I think the best open top Jeep as far as the styling went was the YJ. I know I'm going to take flak for that.

 totally agree. i would post my opinion but you already did.

I’m going to the dealer tomorrow and order my own, the bigger size will enable it to haul more groceries. And they finally got rid of the old unreliable 4.0 and got a mini van V6. The plastic grill and bumpers are a great addition as well as the power windows... JK!

My wife is slobbering over the thing...

She is already planning on trying to get me to sign my name on the dotted line on Premeire night.

YJ???? Just a CJ, with a new dress.

How do you make a Weber carbed 4.2 more unreliable?

Put a Pugeot behind it..

I was talking styling. The drivetran is garbage. But, nothing a little redneck engineering won't fix :brows:

I like the new JK. I want an army green Rubicon 4 door with half doors! :D

Anyone want an 05 Rubicon, loaded with 10300 miles on her?

Nice YJ! They are the best "modern" jeep IMHO.Sure the early ones were crap but the later ones were built pretty good 4.0 HO, AX15 still no T18 but stronger than the T4/5 in the CJ's, Stronger frame than the CJ's. Sure the NP231 is chain driven and aluminum but it has a better low range than earlier jeeps and has a lot aftermarket parts available. Galvanized body panels and best of all leaf springs!

I passed one of those on the highway a few days ago. It just looks wrong to me. All I could think is WTF is Chrysler doing.
