Pete talk to your people up there and see if they will put the Thunder Cheif on the list for us.

:agree:

Yeah... Maybe WFC can find out about that...

Oh yes, the 1976 Cordoba. What a legend. Rich corinthian leather. My mother inlaw had one of those. It would go 0-60 in whatever and get 11 mpg while doing it. It could barely pull itself out of its own tracks. WTF is that doing there :ack: They left out the lebaron?

Anyone else have a better pic of this thing? I would love to see one. Some good shots might help inspire my third MJ build-up... :brows: gotta get another one first though.

That be it. 2 publicity shots and the one from the show (there might be another from the show floating around, but the quality is the same).

I'm surprised that they didn't take more pictures of it...

Maybe some people have some personal shots that they took of it in the museum.

Thanks for the info Pete!

Pete saw it in storage... Its not displayed... It has the same fate as the Land speed MJ... Sitting in a warehouse, in an unmarked building in Michigan...

I like the stance of that one. Maybe something to think about for the 2wd's future

Did they start it to bring it out for you or did they push it over? Manual or Auto? Built off of a 1987 base truck? How did you get so lucky to be able to go see it in person?

chances are good that they pushed it. But they were kind enough to wash it for us. :D WFC (who is attempting to retake the record from an S-10) was the one that managed to pull whatever strings to get the inspection of the original truck. I was just lucky enough to get permission to tag along. :clapping:

it's an 87 and sports a peugeot trans and a 3.07 Dana 35 of all things.
