I'd suggest waiting until I have the deal handled (because obviously there is no other mode of communication between me and 87mjdriver, so I will need to use the forum). this is not me being dramatic. this is me being honest. it really won't make a difference whether or not you remove me...I have enough comanche knowledge between me and locals for me, but unfortunately then I won't be able to share comanche-specific knowledge with anyone else on the board. the choice is yours and I won't argue further either way. -Pat

The ONLY person who can ban anyone is Pete. I understand that it has been 9 months or so but, this is the first I am hearing about it, I can't speak for the the other Mods or Pete. They may have been privvy to the info. :hmm: If Pat was the all out shiester that ya'll have been making him out to be, there would be other times he has screwed someone over and it would have come out long before this. MJDriver and JeepComj need to come up with a timeline for repayment. Things happen to everyone at some point in time that can make a bad situation worse. It just so happens to be Pat's time.

Akula69 bought a blue interior from me that got crushed when I brought it in to the ups shipping at reineman's. I pieced together another interior but it never made it in there. he took his money back via paypal. also, I've had a history of taking awhile to ship things to people. LotGod's wiring harness has taken a few weeks. it will be at reineman's to ship via UPS and I will be pming him the tracking # when I get it.

I was not gonna get into this mess (because I believe these things should be handled behind the scenes), but since Pat mentioned the transaction that he and I were unable to work out, let me say that he did remain in touch with me and unfortunately due to circumstances beyond both our control we had to cancel the transaction. BUT - he didn't try to run on me, and for that I feel he deserves a chance to work out without all the extra comments. If that can't happen then like Shelby says...its up to Pete to make the decision. Jake

They lose stuff, they smash stuff; too many times I've been burned by these fools. They bent the frame of a set of bucket seats I shipped, they lost two out of four tires/wheels that I shipped AT THE SAME TIME, even destroyed some NOS Plymouth/Dodge upholstery pieces I shipped by using a box cutter on the container for some reason. I pack very carefully and have never had a problem with Fedex or even Greyhound. Truly a suckage maximus outfit. :mad:

I should probably use fedex then. as I've said before, I have issues with UPS...but there are no fedex centers local to me. Jake, thank you for your kindness but I do feel that I could have handled the situation better.

This is not the kind of environment that this site is about and quite frankly it's disturbing how some are so quick to scream "ban him!" like they ultimately run the show here. The fact of the matter is, it is none of my, nor any of our business here. It will hopefully be resolved by both parties in a proper fashion and that is what I see happening. In the mean time, drop it. What's done is done. I personally hate to see a thread like this on a forum I and many others value so much, especially when it's about a long time member. :cheers:

Yes, Pats posts and knowledge are very helpful and appreciated but that doesnt give you a pass on screwing another member. Yes, Pat is having some problems RIGHT NOW but HAS BEEN BEEN EMPLOYED for the majority of the 9 months if I remember correctly. A deadline for re-payment should be established between the 2 involved.

I kept this behind door for a long time to show some respect, but I think it needed a bit of peer presure to help things along, Pat himself has said he is crappy at staying in touch. As soon as Pat pays up I will post it for all to see. I promise.
