  1. Someone has to know. Should it be in the stock harness or is there wiring I need to swap in?
  2. Mine are all Phillips head Jim. Mine are also phillips.
  3. Ok while we are talking sliders..... I have a factory slider in my truck but the latch is broke. Is there a way to remove the old latch and replace it? Looks like its glued on. Ok back on topic. Have you tried lightly heating it with a heat gun or hair dryer? Sometimes heat will soften whatever it is that is holding it shut and allow you to pull them apart.
  4. my butthole puckered just watching that.
  5. Your slider is kewl now sell me them seats. :brows:

    E85

I would guess we cannot. I know only some of the newer cars will run on E85. I am ASSuming not.
  7. Ok I picked up the speedocables, the transducer, the vaccum servo, the brain and a stalk yesterday at the JY. However upon inspection of my truck I can't find the plug for the module under the dash. Is it possible I don't have it? I was really hoping to have everything for the swap but now I am not so sure. I am also not sure where the vaccum servo should go. I pulled all my stuff from an 85 will it still work?
  8. Good thing its labeled so you don't mistake it for a Big box......
  9. I don't post much but read extensively and help out when I can. I know I don't help alot but try to as much as I can. CC is a great site and is run by top notch people. I actually spend more time here than on any other site.  Thanks to all that make this site possible.
  10. I am gonna just flatten the header to match. If you look at the factory header panel the corner kinda tapers off anyways. so i am just gonna match the header panel to the fender.
  11. That I can't tell you. Sounds right but don't ASSume so. :D
  12. Well I got the headliner recovered and reinstalled last night and a new tie rod end installed on the pitman side of the draglink. Also installed my lighted vanity mirrors and wired up a 12 accesory port in the bottom vent just below the ashtray (stole this idea from someone here and I love it). I don't have pics yet but am getting ready to go shoot some. Should have them up in a few hours. Edit: As promised here are the pics. The new headliner. Lighted Vanity mirror visors 12V accessory port 12V accesory outlet. And as promised the illusive lip. That is the door key for my truck to give you a perspective on how minute the gap is. It is the same on both sides.
  13. Neutral safety switch???? I don't know this is just a guess.
  14. understood. I am just glad to be able to give something back to the site.
  15. Unless you have flipped them you need round ones.
  16. The factory dome lights located in the B pillar had a full time power wire to them that would allow them to be turned on while the door was closed. You probably used the wrong wire when you wired your new ones in. You will need to use the wire that is switched on by the door switch.

    OMG!

You wanna sell them bucket seats?
  20. I don't have any pics but can get some tomorrow. It is really not that much of a lip. Maybe the thickness of the header panel that sticks up.
  21. Who knew a power steering pump could look so sexy - awesome  Nobody cause its not the pump its the gear box. :D
  22. Yup. http://comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopi ... 1&start=15
  23. It fit pretty well. I need to make some adjustments yet but I think it lines up just as well as my factory one did.
