  1. OMFG! what a priceless piece of aggravation. and all it is...a steering servo off of a 1/10th scale R/C car in a plastic box. :rotf: I got me a couple of steering servo spares laying around...
  2. more info about problem, most can be solved online unless you just need a spare hand to lift something.
  3. you are allowed to purchase a vehicle overseas and get it shipped in :roll: I would guess the owner of the J8 happens to work at chrysler, and it looks like he has done his own aftermarket mods to it already
  4. I put a posi-lok cable in when my vacuum actuator went out, so I could have the choice of 2low or 4low.

    Eight bolts?? EDIT: See you caught it. uh...yes...8, 4 that connect it to the rear axle, and 4 on the output from the t-case...oh wait I'm not stock in that aspect...dangit :rotf: I have a SYE, well then bag the output of the t-case, or you will have fluid all over the ground, and you will need to fill it after the dolly tow. :shake: or just do the 4 and then tie the driveshaft up to the chassis :banana:

    the right way to tow on a dolly...remove rear drive shaft, it's only 8 bolts easy people! :nuts:

    But...when it is in 2wd, the front and rear are separate. I tried it on mine while the front axle was disengaged from the drive shaft. I'll have to do the neutral thing myself soon...just to believe.

  25. I can make that trip next summer, but it's not a "challenging" feat when a miata can make it up to the top :rotf:
