  1. The preceding comment, warn & ban, is an appropriate solution to this type of annoynce.
  2. While you have them under pressuer try tapping (whack) the yoke around the ball joint with a hammer, sometimes that will help them release any stress their under and start coming out. :dunno:
  3. The 2nd photo after the 55 cheby is either a 37/38 Ford/Mercury or the old Zephyr.
  4. Take a look at this about mid way down and follow it through. It will show you how to hook it up' with pictures http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/088020.html

    Shell $2.40. 76 is at 2.35
  6. Printed the coupons & went to KFC. They wouldnn't honor the couipons, but, they would take them and have me fill out a questionnaire and send it in to KFC. Then they said I would receive two original coupons in the mail in about 3 -4 weeks. Told them no thanks I didn't care for their products, and thats why I was tryin their new crisp stuff with the coupons. Took the coupons back and handed them to a couple as we left the joint. Maybe they got lucky.
  7. That things got a lot of idiling time on it. It's only moved 22.3 miles for every hour it's run in it's life-time. Probally was convenient for the base guards to climb into while on sentry duty in the winter time, fire it up and keep your a-- warm. There was no sense in walking around freezing your nuts off.
  8. If its the bracket on the axel thats worn out you can have the holes welded shut and redrill the bracket with the proper size holes. Then put in a new bushing & bolt.
  9. Its, TCU, on pass side on the back side of the facia panel your knees bang against
  10. Probe your #2 & #3 AW4 solenoids to see if their both at 11 - 15 ohms. If not their bad. With key off, TCU unplugged probe wires going to tranny. C15 is #2 (3rd gear) with Violet & white wire & C14 is #3 (TC lockup) with white/black wire. Plug is marked with C & D sections & numbered. If these solenoids are not working properly you'll get weird shifts/or no shifts in 3rd or TC. Could also be a problem with TPS adjustment necessary . Check your throttle valve linkage at the throttle body for proper adjustment. AW4 solenoids are fairly straight forward change outs. Got to drain the pan of course. It could be any # of things causing your problem, but, short of having a scan tool to read the problem codes this may help. Code 700 Solenoiod (all 3); Code 705 TPS; Code 710 intermittent solenoid fault; Code 702 speed sensor fault. There are a couple other codes also.
  11. Do it. For $500 and its all there you can junk it out and get most of your money back if your unhappy with it. With the SBC in it you'll have more after-market options for engine goodies. MPG gonna suck, but, thats to be expected with any old USofA equipment.
  12. Dat dar jeep is sum kino agrecultur implmint dae uses in kentuckeefer culveain .
  13. Look good on MJ, but, apparently lack quality factors. http://bend.craigslist.org/pts/1108519227.html
  14. If your gonna take it fishing with you, buy a used anything and whack the barrel and saw off the stock where you want it. Sling it over you shoulder or throw it in the bottom of the boat. No loss if you drop it in the river. Oh, use slugs if you run into a barrh, bird shot won't even knock the ticks off of em.

  16. Thats a nice looking pup. But, I wouldn't own one either, especially if I had children of any age. Something, and I don't think anyone knows what, flips their mode into violence in an instant. It's happened way to many times. As previously stated training doesn't remove the switch, it's always there. As the lil ol grandmother two weeks ago found out when she left her precious lil bulls with her 7 month old grandchild while she walked into the kitchen to get its bottle and a few seconds later came back to find it dead and shredded. It happens on a weekly basis. There's to much of a danger risk in owning a pit. I don't allow them on my property. I never trusted my big Rhodesian Ridgeback around smaller childeren as he sometimes thought they were a toy. Just my personal observation. Everybody got their thing.
  17. Nice warm day today so I pulled the canopy off & cleaned the MJ up a little bit. Image Not Found Image Not Found

  19. I know you have to pull the outer pass axle, but, out of curiosty, and me being a lil lazy, I was wondering if anyone has replaced the pass side axle seal on a 30 without having to pull that inner axle? I haven't had the cover off that vac coupler yet to see if a seal would slide in the tube past the end of the inner axle. Yeah I know it would be tuff to seat the seal in a tight spot, but, I,ve done it in on other vehicles in unusual manners before. Sometimes it was a lil time consuming, which I got a lot of. Am I pi---- in the wind here?
  20. Okay, I'll be the guy to tell yuh, yuk-yuk,. You weren't listening (or was that reading), he wrote that only 4 door Cherokee's would swap. He didn't mention "2 door Sports" for a reason. I think it's cause they don't fit. Any body gonna clarify that!

    Dog gone

Years ago the wife & I had a poodle that ate chicken eggs. At some point he realized where they were coming from and became addicted to them & chickens. Needless to say the neighbors dispatched him when they finally caught him red handed.

    Dog gone

to doggy heaven today. The big guy acted like he had a stroke & went pretty quick. He was only 6 1/2. Gonna miss him on our (ritual) morning coffe run. Zanzibar would always beat me to the MJ when I put my hat on, it meant travel-un time to him. Image Not Found
  23. Now thats the crudest and cruelest pubic hair removal mechanism I ever did see. Youch.
  24. You probally get a few looks when rolling down the strasse. Good looking autobahn scooter you got there.
  25. OK clarification received on engine. It's the orig. 90 "Power Tech Six". And yes the price is to high. I'll keep what I have with the BENCH seat, it still is better suited to my needs. Pete: Sent you an email informational for ref/file what-ever.
