What is goin on with those front springs? thats not right for sure. Some crazy short springs off a diff car, and some crazy stilted spring cup extender thingys. lol. -

You should prob look at NADA guide and KBB. Then just post it on CL and even ebay and see what the market will bear. Of course a member or fellow collector will always want the best deal, i go through this all the time in the many things that i collect of value. We have an unspoken code where you decide, rather you want top dollar, or a good home for your item. If you want top dollar thats fine, we all understand go ahead and post it for sale to the public and stack some cash. If you want to sell it to a fellow collector or MJ lover, your gonna take a hit on the total price because all of us are in the know, and will wait till someone NOT in the know sells one of the item we are after, for dirt cheap. Its just the law of life. But no fellow collector/connoisseur should ever take advantage of one another by suggesting grossly low prices for an item just because they want it. 3-500 is ridiculous. You can get quite a bit more than that id imagine if you find someone who really wants your manch and isnt just trying to squeeze you. Best of luck with your sale. Keep us posted. :) Hope it goes to a good home.

8.25 also has the ribbed cover. That raised portion around the outside of the bolt circle. A d35 has no such thing. Just flat in that area. They look much alike under the car. :)

Yeah mvusse thats what i was thinking. If i can get 2500 rpm at 80, thatd be great. Just a tad more rpm than i run now will compensate for a bit more rolling stock and i can get decent mileage. of course its not gonna pull like 1st gear when its in 5th with 33s going 60 mph, but thats why i have a shifter and 5 speeds. Pull 4th and step on it and it takes off like a rocket.
-
really? what rpm were you running at 60? I was running 2100 ish rpm at 70 mph with the dinky 215s and this lame 3.07. Truck pulled it no problem. Id run 80 most of the time and be 22-2300 rpm. Ill see what rpm I'm at now with the 31s and still 3.07s. So 2 inch more tire than now, and a whole point off the gears and its gonna be no good? I still want to run 70-80 as i drive on long road trips a lot.

Sounds like either no fuel pressure/volume... OR plugged cat. Also could have a possum in your air box...lol.

Shoot i went outside today and decided to wash the jeep since it was a mess after the last storm and flash floods i was out playing in. can't believe what was under all that dirt and grime... i had 31x10.50s the whole time... :hmm: :rotfl2: hehe. I brought it up 2 inches in front and 3 in back with some spacers and some super shackles. :) My buddy had these black wheels and 31 procomps and said.... chuck em on and lets see how it looks. I like it alot, but the truck is so long.. i think it needs 33s and 4 more inches of lift to look proper.. :brows: It will get there, in due time. Starting to gather bits as i go. thanks to all the great info and helpful folks on here, I'm gathering stuff fast. Got the D44. Getting SOA kit next. Then 4.5 springs. Then control arm kit. Then shocks and lines. adj track bar :) THEN a thrashfest will ensue. Of course after the 4.10s go in the d44, and i grab a non disco 30 with 4.10s in it already from junk yards online. ;) :wrench: oh yeah and...SYE kit, winch, bumpers with sliders front and rear, sliders for the sides....does it ever end?

2 100 lb sand bags right by the tailgate will do it. :)
