can't answer your first question, But the front driveline is completely fine. I know a SYE isnt needed for 5-6" of lift though.
-
I havent done a ton of wheeling on mine yet, Just lifted it about a month ago. But from what i've seen/heard about it, the brackets are close enough to your tires that if your tires are going to clear the object, the bracket will be just fine.

You can always just get lower arms, Uppers are usually fine stock. There are stock alignment shims in the lower control arm mount, When i added my drop bracket i removed them, to make up for the slight difference in the uppers length. We're talking like 1/4 inch. I THINK its 99+ Grand cherokee control arms

I know almost nothing about headers.. Guy on craigslist is selling a Banks 51327 Torque Tube System Header For $230 Will i really notice a difference? Is banks a decent brand for headers? Opinions? etc.

Took the same length, in shims out of the lower control arms. Yea, They bolt in pretty easily.
-
Yes. Although many people here say you'll want to upgrade your lower control arms at the very least. As they're pretty flimsy. I ended up just getting a set of WJ control arms off Ebay, For about $100~. The lowers are the same length, The uppers are slightly shorter. Havent had any problems with them, Ride quality is really nice now.

A Soa with a D44 would give you close to 6" of lift alone with stock 4x4 leafs

Could just insulate the truck better, So it stays warmer easier in the winter. For under $100 you can do your entire cab with "Frost king" Foil covered Closed cell rubber matting, (Poor mans dynomat) From home depot Helps quite your cab from road noise, Also helps to insulate the cab from cold.

Yea, Found a little nest in my glove box. Which is strange seeing how we have nearly no mice around (and a good hunting cat) Did this yesterday. So far so good~

So i've blown two of these in the last two weeks, I know old/failing Blower motors can cause stress & fry them.. But i just replaced the blower motor a few months ago. So what else causes these to fry? /e Found a chunk of insulation type stuff near the resistor, Assuming that was the problem. Hope this one lasts.

XJ and MJ u-bolts are not torque to yield meaning that they are not purposely stretched during installation.

Heater Core Valve Hub Delete - 2.5
Lee21490 replied to Zenobian_84's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Yeah, so my next question is.......>Do you want heat all the time? It won't cause heat all the time. It will cause the heater-core to have heat 24/7, But doesnt mean you will be blowing heat. -
