  1. X 2 total agree. I never new there was a MJ Comanche till after deciding i needed a new 4X4 ute ( pick up ). Love the look/style of my 99 XJ and always thought it would make a great pick up. Goggled jeep pick up found Comanche Club, and from that monent started putting thing in place to buy and import my Comanche. Have loved every minute of the MJ addiction.

Pete for Fook sakes stop waveing that thing around at night, there are ships running aground all up and down the coast...
  7. 97+, you will need to file 2 rectangular hole in the A pillar to fit a spring clip thingy. The panel clips on. Have thought about what i will do, and probley use the original panels. I would think the hole that needs to be filed is were the original screw holes go. So if i stuff up fileing the hole i wouldnt be able to re-fit original ones. Hope that makes sence
  8. Got a tag team happin have we, didnt know ya had to be a Oxford scoller to post

  15. I to do like the look of a nice rolled panel in the original tail light hole, with the universal lights in the rubber grommit. Gives that International Scout look which is pretty cool. My biggest problem is what ever way i go it has to be right first time, NOoooo spare beds in the local JY in my neck of the woods :(
  16. I,ll be watching this thead, me to are keen on the 97+ tail lights and would of like to have started experimenting with the fitment by now. But work seem to slow my buid down. Have seen to posted on here, a gray on with a chinese front. A white on posted not so long ago, the cap between the t/light and t/gate ( the filler piece of metal was not even ) and looked a bit out of place IMHO I,m sure the good fokes on CC will shed more light on this conversion. Go for it i,ll be watching
