i found a 4.56'd d35 in a cherokee...would have pulled it just to have the gearing in my XJ but was only 2wd

LOL...yea i know that but thats why i have the XJ :D Its only got a 3.5" kit and parked next to the MJ is looks tiny...OH NO here we go again :nuts:

yea first i started with 3" then 4" then spacers to 4.5" then just went all out with the SOA and the RE drop brackets and 6" coils with my ACOS to get at 7.5"...WOOO its over :nuts:

After 4 years i have the MJ at the stance i wanted...ordered the final piece last wk...some skyjacker 6" coils..installed them this afternoon and the truck is now offically done as far as suspension is concerned 7.5" of lift sitting on brand new 33" BFG A/T...I JUST HAD TO VENT ABOUT IT..I'm STOKED!!! :cheers: :D :jump: and i know: :needpics: ill post them up soon!!

i was putting the D/B on my MJ one day and someone stopped and asked me if it was for sale...i said does it have a F/S sign on it...lets just say he drove away LOL :cheers:

well my MJ was listed for $2200 and i offered him $1500 and he took it and it was a bone stock: 87 Comanche Chief 4.0, ba 10/5, Np231 D30/D44 (3.07's) A/C,P/S.P/B ETC NO RUST ANYWHERE AND ONLY 150K I would offer that guy anywhere from 4000-4500

here is my 2.5" flowmaster here's what it sounds like i was speptical because i had a 2.5" single in dual out magnaflow and it sounded like a rice rocket so i changed to a single in and out 2.5" flowmaster and am very happy

discount tire carries those rims..i know i bought all 5 of mine for my XJ there...payed 150 for all 5 but i got employee discount...normal price is only $38/piece :D

me either...I'm very impatient with my MJ too...like instead of doing the SOA first i put in the AAL and shackle...still to low so now all that comes out and the SOA is getting done hopefully this weekend LOL :nuts:

from the pic of the truck sitting there it looks like you need some longer LCA...looks like the tire is too far back in the wheel well....get a closer pic of it

MY 87 MJ: (during the 5" front lift) MY 90 XJ: here's a pic of them together: Both are now slightly different..the MJ is SOA in the back now and the XJ has the light bar off the MJ and also has the 4" kit on the front so its level..ill post up new pics in the next couple days of them :chillin:

i just did my floors and here's what i did: -sanded all the rust off and primed the floors -sealed them -put down a water barrier sheeting -put some carpet padding on top -then layed the carpet back in worked great and i got all the materials for about $25 bucks at Lowes

its my S/N for pretty much everything...so it just stuck...its also on my licence plate LOL

I run Napa gold in both my jeeps along with Val 10W-30

ignition switch was already replaced when i tightened up the tilt mechanism bolts along with the tumbler....i have the radio out of the truck and am going to check for voltage and the grounds tomorrow

checked fuse and ground...both good no its a aftermarket PIONEER CD player like i said it was perfect b4 all this and for some reason it just won't turn on...i can't for the life of me figure out why??

Hey all...as you know i just got the suspension on the MJ done and finally got it on the road after 2mnths...well now the radio won't come on...i had to pull the carpet and such out to fix some surface rust on the floors and when i went to reprogram the setting the radio won't turn on...i checked the fuse and its good and looked over all the wiring and its ok...the radio worked GREAT b4 and now it just has nothing...ANY IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS??
