Drop Brackets question
offroader461 replied to bhorocks's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
My bad the 3rd gen i believe is bolt on...my buddies MJ has the 2nd Gen.... bhrocks--->I'm working on my MJ Sun-Thursday this week so feel free to hit me up and swing by and i can help ya try and figure out whats wrong with yours...I'm going to be installing my DB, springs, shocks, UCA, trackbar w/ HD bracket and rear shackles (till i do my SOA)... :D -
to make it look perfect...you need: Header panel, grill, bezels, all the turn and marker lenses, and both front fenders you can bolt everything together like it was meant to be there...swapping fenders is easy the swap requires no wiring what so ever unless you want to run the 2 turn signal bulbs, i just modifyed the marker light holder and it fit perfect when i was doing mine..decided to go back to the older look (Looks better IMO) You can do the swap w/o swapping fender as others have said but the fenders and header are shaped differently
