Hey guys final question for you guys, I'm using rock auto and I'm slightly confused. I'm ordering my brake shoes and it says "3remaining" does that mean 3pairs of shoes or just 3 brake shoes are left? I'm a bit computer challenged.
-
Hey thanks guys. I'm going to be placing my orders right now. I need the 10" brake shoes correct?

They cheated, that exhaust was hanging off worse then mine from the get go. Phonies!! big fat Phonies!!

Thank god I have those backing plate  So in essence a "Drum brake hardware kit" will provide everything I need to mount up the parts? I will go pull those bars from the pick and pull tomorrow and hopefully order the rest of the parts tomorrow night. Hopefully I will have this D44 in by this weekend.

I recently pulled another D44 from the pick and pull, but it has no brakes. All it has is the backing plates, no hardware, no nothing. I was looking on Rock Auto to find what I need and lord am I confused! Can someone give me a list of everything I need to put brakes on this thing from scratch? I know I need the shoes, drums, wheel cylinders, springs, and hard lines but do I need anything else? What about the mounting hardware? If anyone could shed some light on this or link me some sort of package deal I would appreciate it a ton.

They tend to drop engine temps 10-20 degrees

The truck does got motor not inside, and has new parts but some is broke but not transfer case is okay. Limited Edition 4x4work like new with Toyota fresh. I will $650 but want 800 for parts. That essentially sums up this entire add.

I like the way you think...minues the turbo, and the rally racing.

Ba/10 tranny mount (Pic inside)
MjPioneer replied to MjPioneer's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I've been had! I'm going to figure out a way to make this thing work on the existing bracket, another $78 is not in my budget right now. -
The other day I went to pick up a mount for my Ba, the parts store said it is an "oddball" tranny so they would need to special order the part. No problem. Today I went to pick it up rushed home in hopes of getting it in before dark. Well after crawling around under my rig I noticed something....This new mount is not what's in there now...This is what they gave me (The rustic radio was not included with purchase ;) ) The mount in there now looks like this I stopped right there as I didn't want to drop the cross member to find out I had the wrong mount. So guys, did they throw me in a loop and give me a mount for the wrong tranny?

I'm about 30min out of Boston, I could attempt to get something on there but no promises, Unfortunately I trade my services for Wendy's not beer.

On of my favorites is Bleach, a Shovel, and Duct tape. Best if purchased about 30min before Walmart closes, always act like your in a hurry.

I have already locked my cad system, I have happily run that system for years with no complaints. Next spring I plan on rebuilding my d30, I was looking into a "Upgraded axle shaft kit" but this system is not for a cad axle. Can I install these axle shafts in my cad axle? In theory it sounds like it will work just fine to me, but I want to double check with you guys before I buy something I don't need.

I'm not sure they exact size, sorry. Teamcherokee.com has a "track bar bolt" you could try. When I had my Rc panhard I had the same issue it made a serious clunk until I replaced it.
-
You lied! If I didn't have to clean up the dinning room mess I'd go for a ride in that room, the cargo area.... I think I'm going to pass on flying forklifts.

Front Stabilizer Bar Link

The bottom bolt tends to be a little tricky, but with enough frustration and muscle it will come right off. -
That guy is a 3/4 (19mm) hose. Any parts store should have it. When I replaced mine I think it set me back a whopping $3.00 at C.A.P.

Hi Nobert, the est way to upload pictures is to use a website such as Photobucket upload them over there and use the Img tags to post them over here. Welcome to the addiction.
