This is the part that I don't understand. Why would you fire nurses who don't want the shot. They have all worked through the pandemic. It makes me wonder why someone in the medical field is willing to lose their job? Iowa put the kibosh on the whole requirement of the shot. The blood bank still went through with it and retained one nurse. That's says a ton to me. The lady while always runs the platelet machine left her job of 25 years ago she did have to get said shot.

My oldest son had it, my wife is currently recovering from it, and the guy I sit beside at work had it. I still haven't. I have over a 99% change of living through it if I do get it. If it's my time to go it's my time to go. If the government will pay you to get it I'm going to pass! Totally agreeing with mini on this one. Nothing is ever FREE!!

Finally got the inner welded in. You can never have to many clamps. The actual rocker is finally tacked in. Now I just have to weld the rest. Finally some progress.

Vintage parts had one side and a dealer was sitting on the other side. They were under cost.

Got the inner piece nice and level. Test fitting the outer. Gave the inner cavity a nice coat of weld through primer. Have the inner piece a coat of weld through primer also. Now just gotta wait for it to dry.
