  2. Ah, damn, shame its not closer.
  3. Wow, thats a really straight MJ. Who is the monster who threw that out. Also yes, everyone on here knows about the rust problems back east. Thats usually why you don't find any Jeeps in yards that are of age anymore. *X3 -H9 AGC Black Ram 1500 Sport Group APA MONOTONE PAINT PACKAGE CBA BENCH SEAT - STRAIGHT BK CGX Head Restraints-Outboard Seating, RR DCB Transmission - 4-Speed Manual,T3340 EPD ENGINE - 2.5L I4 TBI GAS LAP FUEL ECONOMY SHIFT INDICATOR LIGHT LMA HALOGEN HEADLAMPS MDA FRT LICENSE PLATE ATTACH REQUIRED NAA ESA W/CATALYST (EXC CALIF SYSTEM) NMB ENGINE COOLING - STANDARD DUTY PWB QWB TBG SPARE TIRE - COMPACT WMC BASE WHEEL DRESS - UP (INCLS TRIM RING) Build date 3/10/88 Body code TL61 Which yard is it at? Oh come on. 2.5L Renix stuff is getting harder to come by. Gotta snag that stuff. Especially the quick connect fuel lines.
  4. Well I have no idea when I will get back to this poor car. I did something(some know what I did, please don't say) and all I can say is it was an accident which resulted in me(self punishment) to not go to my grandparents house unless someone else is there to accompany me. But they will be home soon! Anyways moving on from the negativity, I found a really cool piece from the 50's for this car. It is a micro flare kit. Its pretty cool, the reflectors come in a little red box that stores 3 of them. Pretty neat. Its a Micro-Flare Model No. 18BF. Not sure if i want to restore the box or not. I can get a pic later if anyone would like or simply look up the kit.
  5. I see it now.
  6. It is common for 30 year old relays to fail. It wouldnt hurt to replace it with a known good one just to see whats up. So a while back @Ωhm and I helped another member test everything on his 86 2.5L and traced the entire fuel pump circuit. Not sure how much info carries over from 86-87 as I own an 88 but I recommend giving this a glance and try tracing some of your wiring and see if you can find the short somewhere or lack of power flow. Also you probably have the C101 which is located by the emissions label on the firewall. It is highly recommended to clean that out when any power issues arise as it is the biggest resistance in the wiring harness for 87 and 88. Let us know if you need any help and we will do it all over again.
  7. I like how there is a SJ on the sticker when the SJ never got Renix. Wonder how good the V8 wouldve been if it got a Renix injection upgrade.

  9. And it was discontinued 14 years ago so yeah its probably a bargain right now. Lol.
  10. To be fair Pete, back in 94-96 they did list out at about $1000
  11. https://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-1995-95-1996-96-JEEP-CHEROKEE-DASH-PANEL-MOPAR-5FE41RA8-CHARCOAL-91-92-93-94/233719002118?hash=item366abcf406:g:UGsAAOSwnVdfZqSM HOLY CRAP!! When will anyone here in the world ever see a full NOS dash again?!
  12. Sounds good, no rush.
  13. Probably not. Its $150. Better than that used chrome one that went for $300.
  14. I know where a NOS chrome handle is. But look's awesome!
  15. Damn, I imagine that would be a pain. What's always interesting to watch is our alignment guy try to get a big honking dually into his alignment stall. Doesn't help he has a brick wall with a tire machine and brake milling machine over by his stall.
  16. Lol. Same goes for me except its a Dodge dealer. How big is your dealer? Your service looks kinda small.
  17. Hmm, I've seen a Jeep pose like that somewhere. I wonder where? Lol.
  18. When you get a chance, could you PM me a pic of that? I’ve been trying to hunt down something close enough and all I seem to have found(on the cheap side) is GM blue.
  19. Which blue? The blue commonly seen in the 60's-70's or the color from the logo and the blocks used to be until Chrysler bought AMC?
  20. Something tells me that late in the MJ part support, Chrysler had the Comanche nameplate look like the 94-96 Cherokee nameplates. Really odd though. Did the nameplate have any original packaging? If so there should be a date code on it.
  21. Hmmm, worth a shot. I recently found mine to be corroded enough to not have the motor spin on level 1.
  22. Have you checked the resistor and its condition?
  23. None as NOS. Maybe might have to hit a junkyard and get one or two from some XJ's.
  24. I've seen it before in a few MJ's. To those of you who have done it, was it worth it and how extensive is the cutting process to get it all to fit and look factory? I'm thinking about doing this as I know AMC salvage has quite a few sun faded full center consoles(incomplete too) that I wouldn't mind swapping in.
  25. Why does that MJ look familiar?
