  1. Someone on the ATJC on FB had one for $140.
  2. You’ll need 87-90 Renix ones hat came in a different color. Black ones are a little hard to come by. There may be one of the two as NOS.
  3. Lol you can take them off but it won’t matter too much anyways.
  4. This is getting wild lol. I approve of my position.
  5. Sweet find on the fuel rail threading. Gonna have to make a pressure gauge now.
  6. No problem!

  8. Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together?
  9. They couldn’t even take the time to fix the bumper. Geez.
  10. Have MJs, will build.
  11. Thank ya! It’s been a crazy four years of ownership that’s for sure. Yet more will always come.
  12. Que X-files.
  13. Easy there Pol Pot lol. There’s other things to figure out like the currency and getting MJ parts being the biggest problems.
  14. Ain’t ya seen the movies? Cult=bad spooky things lol.
  15. Lol hard to tell over the internet.
  16. Like 89 says. The latch could be seized or the linkage is binding somewhere.
  17. Insulation and seals are key. I don’t have my ceiling insulated so I can feel the heat pounding in from there but not dissipating at the floor. I can say since doing bits and piece of my floor, I noticed about 20% more heat retention than prevention but we also had a hot year and I never had AC until last year so I noticed a difference with the insulation. Plan is to redo the insulation and properly. But the plus side is no rust or salt to mess with.
  18. Come here! Be nice to have another MJ owner out here.
  19. Yeah again I am not familiar with their rules and laws. Guess you could always do a setup where you drop in an air box, run some vac lines and have it to where it works as it should, then swap back to the cold air intake.
  20. Makes sense. Vac lines can be relatively easy to figure out. Which era and engine do you have? Renix or HO? Most of the lines seem to come back around to the stock air box. There’s two bigger holes for bigger hoses. One on the back of the lid and one on the side or the tube to the throttle body depending on the Year of the truck. Some smaller lines might also plug into the box depending on the year and engine. Just noticed the title. But has the engine been swapped for a newer setup?
  21. Solution-leave California. No smog tests :). Now someone in cali correct me if I’m wrong but I thought commiefornia doesn’t allow any mods to the fuel/emissions system and have to keep everything stock. Real question is what is stopping your truck from passing?
  22. Love listening to Buddy Holly. One of his thats my favorite is "That'll be the Day", such a classic 50's song. Wish I had an oldies station that still played stuff of that vintage so cruising in my T-bird would be more enjoyable. Now I am not incredibly religious by any means but a good song that gets me in a good cruising Jeep mood is Burning Bridges by the Mike Curb Congregation used in the movie Kelly's Heroes. Only because of the opening sequence of the movie.
  23. I would take one if I could ever find one. I found one a while back on FB market place that said Comanche on it and I messaged the seller if he had it. Said yes and asked if $50 was still the asking price and the munch never got back to me.
  24. The black vent panel on the sides behind the door.
