  1. might start a new thread instead of bumping a 4 year old one, Don has passed and Tex hasn't been on in a couple years
  2. don't think, know and nope, thats per the chryslers manual, you don't want them tight
  3. Tighten the center to 72 in lbs then turn it back 3 turns
  4. Tighten to said lbs then back off the number to the right
  5. you can connect them with rubber lines, they aren't anything special, just make sure to match up the colors. also pull the dash, bet they've eaten their fair share of the wiring harness as well

  13. 87 and a 4.0 I do believe that because its a return line, you can use a hose, no special part number needed. but if you insist on that route, have you tried rock auto?

  17. welcome, sounds like a lot of plans, keep us updated. be sure to put your yr eng and trans in your signature, makes it a lot easier pull your carpets. other members will be able to chime in on your other questions, but i think the easiest way would be a spring over in the rear, but i'm not positive. again welcome

  20. the hose is just rubber, as for the check valve, not sure. and yea get it up into the engine bay area. i believe most of the time they ran it up along the fill tube
