  1. Tips 1 through 5 on my website first.

  3. I used this on one of the swaps I did.
  4. You likely ground too much off the switch, or have the bolts and nuts in wrong.
  5. Make sure your intake manifold bolts are snug. Go to www.cruiser54.com and complete Tips 1 through 5.
  6. That's not gonna work good. There's a reason it was engineered to be in the block.
  7. I wanna know how you can install a CTS in a thermostat housing.....
  8. Coolant temp SENSOR goes down on the driver's side of the block to send info to ECU Temp SENDER mounts at the back of the head and provides signal to temp gauge on dash.
  9. check that vacuum line closely, especially where it connects to the throttle body. I have a tip for fixing that also. Tip 5 should be done for sure.

  11. REnix ECU is dumb. Do Tip 5.
  12. Tips 1 through 5. Did you get the ground wires on at the dipstick tube stud? clean and shiny? which intake manifold gasket did you use? Renix or HO? How's that line from the MAP to throttle body?
  13. JK Rubicon take-offs. Cheap, easy, work great.
  14. IAT should only show ground. Ohms. No power.
  15. I got that from the 1986 2.5 wiring diagram.....
  16. Yes!! Intake air temp and coolant temp share the same ground. And both go through the c101.

  20. Doesn't sound like you're checking it properly....... Not to mention that gas ain't the same as it was 30 years ago.....
