  1. are you sure it wasnt overtorqued? expansion and contraction due temperature crack them if they are to tight
  2. if you are a purist, cut them, if not, leave them
  3. a plug in solution. also if you live in hell like me, you can take the thermostat out so coolant can flow at all times, anyway when you have overheating issues i think you can take running rich a little longer in the morning

  6. wait, do a compression test and pull the head to check the gasket, it may be just a bad gasket, try it before you dump the dough into it
  7. you didnt notice the bubles coming out the radiator? even with out a test yo could just watch for bubbles in the radiator cap
  8. remove the thermostat, also see if the radiator is as hot as the engine and if the hoses hold pressure
  9. i made a video when i nstalled the fan,as for the belt... i have no idea of the lenght, it came with the truck
  10. this is it, the fan is backwards but i use a plastic fan mounted on the waterpump
  11. it has the bracket for the compresor, the belt is routed to bypass the compressor pulley

  13. mm wrap it in foam? install a fuel line cooler? cool the gasoline to keep it from boiling in the rail, but cool gasoline don't vaporize quickly... damn liquid fuels
  14. use pressurized water to clear the block from rust, rust blocks heat transfer more than you think
  15. upgrade to a better axle, you are planning to beat a D35 and they don't like that...
  16. antifreeze is less efficient moving heat than plain water running pure antifreeze may help if you live in the artic but that s it
  17. if everything these fine people tells you doesnt work, make sure the steering box is tight and the bolts that hold it to the frame are not loose, that caused the death wobble in mine
  18. the 4.0 has a lot of options, it can be tuned for power, torque or economiy...
  19. on gasoline mpgs were terrible, 14-15, on LPG running on the lean side, i have calculated 21-22 mpg, factoing the difference in price per liter it raises the mpg to 24-25 as if it was running on gasoline

  22. by how much is the voltage reduced with the ballast resistor? mine is MIA
  23. you could reattach the the cable with some wire while you find a replacement
