  1. all this discussion and may be just the way the pipe is bent by a machine
  2. is more than that, i need to make an animation
  3. soo, whenever the front axle hits a bump, the truck moves to one side slighty
  4. as the axle moves up and down it moves sideways and up
  5. not in a straigth line
  6. ok for the rear axle may not make a difference enoigh but in the front? the only bar that holds the front axle centered pulls to one side only
  7. leaf springs tend to twist a little, more as they age keeping the axle centered even if the leaf springs or the busings are worn? preventing these two from excessive twisting?
  8. how about a watts linkage? there seems to be room for it...
  9. what exactly keeps the rear axle centered below the truck? only the leaf springs?
  10. splice the wires
  11. really? how did it performed? are you sure it came factory?
  12. those were defective from factory, they crack right in the middle
  13. 2000? make sure you don't get the 0331 head, or at least get one that already has changed it for a TUPY one
  14. if would take the drivetrain out of a 2008+ manual dakota, not a WJ.
  15. by how much is wrong? in my experience even having 2 wires swapped can lead to a no start to a run like crap situation
  16. check the advance
  17. if you really love that 4.7 then go wild, but only if you gonna do some mods on it, at stock, you are better off with a plain 4.0...
  18. i wanted the front for mine...
  19. try a nut breaker, you can't get those from below
  20. another one bites the dust
  21. for the intake side you don need anything but a blanking plate, or tap the hole and use the matching plug for the exhaust side you can cut the pipe, extract the plug and weld it shut some say you can use an oil pan plug...
  22. cold, humid air makes starting difficult, gasoline doesnt vaporize, instead turns into tiny droplets, it won't ignite properly in those conditions. another thing that may be bad are the temperature sensors, try disconnecting them, this forces the ECU into believe that is deep cool outside and adjust the fuel accordingly. if it starts with the temp sensors unplugged then one or both are defective, just try to no leave them unplugged when it reach operating temp or the mix will be too rich it helps by shutting down the injectors so air push the excess fuel out
  23. also don't step on the gas pedal while cranking, it doesnt help, also try to not crank the engine for long periods, cold air makes difficult for the fuel to ignite and you end up flooding the engine, its best to do it in 2 or 3 attemps at the time
