  1. If it starts and runs I'd hold off on that CPS. Now that O2S has a lot to do with fuel control. Does your REM show CLOSED or OPEN Loop?

  4. Show belongs to PA Jeeps INC. All Breeds Jeep Show-Carlisle PA 2021
  5. What I'm trying to say is, remove the HB relay and rewire the HB relay block using the spade connectors. Should make for no harm done.
  6. Make something like this and you can rewire any relay without touching the vehicle harness.
  7. Local group around here. Maybe they can help ya out. http://www.michigantbirds.org/index.html
  8. Let the Truck Headlight Socket control the HB relay coil (Pin_86) only. Using the DRLM (5vdc) output, wire that directly to Pin_87a only.
  9. Yes. Make Pin_30 common to both Pin_87 (12vdc) and Pin_87a (5vdc).
  10. Since the DRLM will stop doing it's thing, can you rewire the High Beam Relay so that pin_30 (COM) will now go to the Harness Headlight Sockets and Pin_87 (NO) has the fused B+ on it. Now take the 5vdc from the DRLM and run that to Pin_87a (NC).
  11. Does the DRLM know when the headlight switch (LO/HI) is ON?

    Federal jury duty

Not sure if this applies to you, but search for "one day one trial system". I know things differ from federal to each state to each county to each city, etc etc.
  13. @54bobby. Thanks for the follow up.
  14. Guy on here had a 2.5L running RICH. Had a bad fuel pressure regulator. His problem was spitting fuel out the hole shown in the photo when engine was running. Something to check for.
  15. Welcome to the CC Forum. Look for poor contract on the IGN SW connectors. Been known to overheat and melt.
  16. One Fusible Link (ORN color) feeds both the O2S Heater and the Fuel Pump Motor. I think you found it.
  17. Disconnect battery negative cable. At the Starter Relay, remove and clean all the eyelets on the Fusible Links. Got to go. later.
  18. Purple wire is fuel pump sending unit (IP gauge). Orange/black is fuel pump motor. Yes
  19. I'm lost here. Don't understand your hookup.
  20. That should work.
  21. Is that with engine cranking?
  22. I only meant to swap your current relays around. If fuel pump relay was a problem then swap in a different one. Electric dc motors that don't spin are a direct short to ground. That why I asked to disconnect the fuel pump connector. No current flow in circuit. Now we're looking for battery voltage along the fuel pump circuit.

    Welcome to CC Forum.
  24. Yea, take your time there. Don't want to break any tabs. Fuel pump relay will have that ORN wire in Pin_4 of the 4 relay blocks.
  25. That it. Relay Block Pin_4 has ORN (orange) wire.
