Splice_E is HOT (B+) from the Fusible LInk G. Splice_E also feed B+ to the Fuel Pump Relay C216_1 (30).

On a precautionary note, the way you jumped the Fuel Pump Relay Block, Fuel Pump Motor, Injectors and a few other components are now running current flow through the Ignition Switch (I1 feed). Could possibly overheat the IGN SW.

Need to do a visual inspection of your fusible links located on the starter relay. Look for bubbles, holes, open wire. If fusible links look good, track back wire at D1_5 to its splice in the harness.

Is D1_5 Hot (B+) at all times?

Any swap history here? 2wd/4wd. Auto/manual. Maybe both.
