I'm planning on making a rear bumper just like yours. Are the bed side guards tied into the frame or are they just hanging off the bumper?

I also need to figure out my cup holder situation. What should i put in the bottom to keep heat/hold stuff?

More progress on the center console. Next i need to rewire my train horn and lights because I half assed the job back a few months ago when I installed them and my wiring is really messy. I also am going to build an extension that comes off and converse the 4wd shifter like the factory plastic one did. I left room for more switches in the cute like more lights and hopefully lockers next summer. Oh and maybe a winch in their too but I'm fine with the controller thing. I've never really out any time into following it so I guess I better do that. Never heard of that adjustable rpm thing before and I'm pretty sure that's not it.

So this red "button" thing has always had me curious. The PO told me he put it in. Once you pull the lever for 4wd, you also have to pull out this button thing. Do I need this any more? I put in the ax15 and np231 and I'm soon to have a HP30. Also I'm going to get the novak case shifter. here's some pics of it. So I put in the injectors and it's running good. I don't notice much of a throttle response increase, but we shall see about the better Mileage. I also start making me center console and switch panel. [/url]">http:// Hard to tell but the injector holes were nasty. To clean them, I scraped out the inside with one hand and held a shop vac up to the hole with the other hand. This way the gunk wouldn't fall down into the cylinders. I then dipped quetips into gasoline and wiped out the inside. It worked really well and the insides were shinny clean. [/url]">http:// I had a hard time getting the new ones in so i dipped them in gasoline and that made it a little easier to slide them in the fuel rail and the cylinders. [/url]">http:// [/url]">http:// Now for my center console build. Its Saturday and I got about 1/3 of the way done. I build half of it out of cardboard first and then made the first half out of steel. I need to get the right size hole saw for the cup holders and I can't decide what the base of the cupholders should be. Like the part down. So today while I was sitting in AP physics I came up with the idea off build a center console out of some 16 gauge steel for my truck and put a switch panel in. I have a train horn and some lights that I already have installed and they have switches but I'm going to redo my wiring because its so messy and then put both those accessories on some toggle switches. I got some shine aluminum for the switch panel too. My injectors came today and they look great other then the fact that they look used. Did you ever get your axle back yet? No. They were supposed to call me last Friday when it was done but they never called. I'm going to go there today and see what's up

How come the rim is chrome in one pic and black in the other?

Finally ordered a headliner. I'm missing everything so it was 225$ From sms headliners. /edit 10/15 Also got some Bosch injectors coming

I'm having the exact same problem. I just put in new rms, and oil pan gasket and it looks like my rms is leaking already. I was told it could be my oil filter adapter gasket but j fixed that and it's still leaking.

Just ordered the Bosch 4 hole injectors from a guy on this site and just wanting to know how to do the swap. I've watched some videos and I have a spare 4.0 to practice but just want to make sure I don't do anything wrong. Thanks

So it's starting to get colder here in the PNW, and I would like to spoof up my cabs interior before it gets real cold. Couple questions for y'all. 1. I'm getting a headliner from a guy that makes specific comanche headliners. Should I put dynamite on the ceiling behind it? 2. I want to dynamat whole cab and door panels, how much would it cost? 3. I have my carpet and some other stuff out, should I go with a vinyl kit? Ive seen some nice pre made comanche vinyl floors online. 4. The black trim on my windows is peeling off, theres good looking chrome behind it, should i pull it all off? or is it some kind of sealer? 5. What should i get to replace all of the door seals? some parts are ripped. Thanks

Do the alexia 5.5 lift. I haven't put it in yet but it ran me about 600-700$. Alexia is a member on this site who pieced it together. Most of the parts on his list are cheaper on Amazon
