If you watch any new limited-run Ferrari closely enough (ex: 575 Superamerica, Enzo, 16M, 599 GTO) , you'll see that Maranello pre-select the top clients in each market and offers the new car to them first, before any can be ordered at or allocated to a dealership.
Since there's going to be only 400 or so LaFerraris built, I'm willing to bet every single one already has a person targeted by Italy and two backup targets for for each car built.
With that said, there's some really cool features on this car and more active aero underneath than you can shake a stick at.
