well today was my first day... i loved it. its hard backbreaking work I'm doing right now and after almost 6 hours I'm exhausted BUT the owner of the lot (my boss) is awesome a real nice guy, and the environment is real welcoming. i did all matter of work today everything from detailing cars to be sold to cleaning up stuff he had in the back yard. i also love the way he has me set up right now... I'm kinda my own boss. i come in when i want (on free days thats gunna be around opening time or before) and leave when i want, i record my own hours and only get paid for the amount i work. i quite like ths system as it motivates me to works alot while letting me be flexible around my other commitments. all in all sorrey for the long winded post but i am really happy with my job and thanks to all for keeping me looking to the positive it really helped you guys rock

update : i have gotten the job at the used car place :banana: my job is going to be pretty much helping him clean up around the yard and the shop for the first while and then i may progress to other thing later on. it may not be much but its a start.

took a couple busted bolts and the yoke for the u joint out of the steering box thats going onto my truck. also wire brushed the flakey rust off so i can paint it later on when i have paint.

yea thats true but hes not looking for a salesman hes more or less lookin for someone to help around the yard doing landscaping and basically just helping out.

update: i put out a TON of resumes today.i think in total i put 7-8 out around town. most of them were at car parts places,one was at a electronics store,and another at a used car dealership. the used car dealership manager says that hes looking for someone in the next week or so so I'm hoping i get lucky...
