I'm just glad someone got it . No hard feelings at all , I'm not going to start whining and crying lol. I had one at one point in time, and then I used it on my black truck. Technically I have one still, it's been sitting in a storage unit for almost 30 years.

rust free bed (short) in Indiana
Strokermjcomanche replied to Pete M's topic in Craigslist/eBay... i.e. Not Your Stuff
Before I got the bed from you Pete I looked at this bed . I agree it's definitely rust free , but it's dented pretty much everywhere. I don't think his asking price reflects the condition of the bed . Besides ,I'd rather give you the business lol -
You can try, but they won't have that part in stock. I'm sure many other people have tried as well. The full Cherokee floor was for sale for a bit, but I think it's discontinued as well now. You're best off getting the left and the right Floors which will need modification to fit correctly. Key parts is the best brand in my opinion. this is a complete Comanche floor I picked from Canada several years ago for reference

what to pull from a 91 MJ?
Strokermjcomanche replied to Pete M's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I personally would just cut the frame rail, take the whole thing together. But I don't expect you to do that for me. But I would appreciate it. -
I need the driver side front cap and the brace that runs over to the inner rocker. Willing to pay shipping as well if you have something please let me know. I know people are gonna say that I don't need it.......

If the heater core does have sediment\rust in it, I normally use a garden hose rinse it out with the hoses attached and then blow compressed air through one hose and it blows out the other side of the heater core . If there is anything in the heater core you should be able to see what is coming out to confirm or deny that the heater core is plugged. If the heater core isn't plugged,I would agree that it has something to do with your blend door/ heater valve or something in the HVAC box

The first time I blew my back out was bending down to put my pants on , second time picking up a small tire with no wheel . Every time since then it's always been something you wouldn't think would be damaging to your back , never doing the heavy lifting. I've gotten better with paying attention to my back, learning to know when to push it and when to go lay down. Definitely be careful when you are on muscle relaxers , you can mess your back up worse .

Does anybody make premade stainless steel exhaust parts for Comanches? Specifically in my case a short wheelbase. Mainly I'm looking for a tail pipe and possibly the head pipe too. I can already have the local exhaust shop make me some( so that's not part of my question) , but I am specifically looking for premade and not Walker or other aftermarket junk that last no time at all in Ohio LOL. As always thanks in advance

Spare tire carrier, cab exhausters, are you getting the Colorado red flares for yourself? I don't need them ... just asking . -
First picture is the instrument cluster bezel retaining clips, also used for the filler piece between the dash and the windshield. Second picture is the clip and the screw that holds the same filler piece in, those are used above the glove box door.

Strokermjcomanche replied to Sir Sam's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I have the final product , but maybe Automan2164 or Neohic can give you the best pointers as they know it from the beginning. -
Are you referring to the plastic one?

That is not a proper test for fuel pressure, just because it comes out of the Schrader valve doesn't mean you have adequate pressure. You can rent a pressure tester from AutoZone if you don't have one or any other big box stores. There are a lot of junk Brands for fuel pumps so it can be bad already , and that doesn't mean that the rubber hose hasn't slipped off or leaked like it has for many people in the past. You can use noid lights to check and make Sure the injector wires are pulsing correctly, also something you can rent.
