  3. Btw is the housing bent or just the axle ? If the axle is bent just change the axle because you have to factor in the price of new bolts / hardware diff fluid ( if drained ) and labor .
  4. Is it 2wd or 4wd ? You of course would have to stay with the same gear ratio if it's 4wd . Even if it's 2wd changing the ratio will effect gas mileage and power
  5. He's had it posted for 8 months he started at 4500 and now it's down to 3k in the past he's posted the mileage I'm only 40 minutes away from him I was thinking to go look at it

  8. What year is it ? Does it have a cable ? If it's a electronic speedo it won't factor in the mileage (unless the key is on ) if it's cable it will rack up the miles
  9. Your right, also check the main connector at the core support for corrosion
  10. Do you still have the tail lamps I'd like to purchase them ?
  11. Check the turn signal sockets for power and ground and also the main connector at the drivers side core support fir corrosion

  13. I forget how it was mounted but you just need comanche rear cables and the only problem will be locating the front cable I might be able to get you a number but do some double checking to make sure it's right
  14. They made Mjs with hand brakes in them . My 86 had it before I converted to a foot brake

  18. The smaller reservoir controls the wheel cylinders (back ) and the larger the calipers (front)
  19. Looking for both door panels (power) red interior ( not the maroon color ) . Depending on the way the door panels are made I may also need the door pulls. let me know price and pics would help also . I'm in Ohio 44509 is area code thanks in advance

  22. As I said I have OCD certain things have to work right for me or else every time I get in and drive it that's all I can think about . I know there's other vehicles out there that have the same setup as the Comanche and the xj .if I had the xj I would want the xj to work like the xj .
  23. Thanks Lee I read the post just wanted to make sure that everything will work as it should after I do this . They won't interfere with eachother? I was thinking that it might backfeed through the wires if not I really appreciate the help
