  1. If you plan on keeping all the renix stuff including the egr and the tube that goes from the intake to the header then it's 87-90 only xj or mj . If not you can use newer years up to 96 for sure
  2. Yeah but the horn won't work properly I was hoping to find a 3 spoke
  3. Not factory but the price is right
  4. I look like joe dirt when mine grows out. It doesn't grow between my sideburns and gotee lol . Shave all the time it is !!!
  5. Could have been where the head gasket failed then
  6. Check for lifter noise , oil pressure , clean oil , chech for sludge and antifreeze. What's the mileage ? How is the rest of the jeep maintained ? It kinda gives an idea as to how long you should get out of the motor in my opinion
  7. It's the one towards the front of the engine . Your book will tell you the tightening sequence which will tell you where 8 is . My guess is the rusty one is # 8 being that is the one in contact with the antifreeze . I did all my head bolts as a added security to make sure they all sealed properly
  8. And all your 89 external parts should be bolted on your 97 block
  9. Use your old head , change the flexplate over , and if I were you I would buy a new temp sensor and put it in the 97 thermostat housing
  10. 87-90 ( direct bolt on ) 91-99 head, intake and flexplate are different 00-01 not a 100 % sure on those
  11. Looking for a gray wrapped leather steering wheel in good condition with no rips wear marks etc let me know what you have and how much . Thanks Adam
  12. I'm not sure what kinda timeline your on but I can check with the parts attire I worked at 5 years ( mom and pop place ) and I can cross reference that for you .
  13. Unless it's a scam . It is craigslist after all lol. Like when you can get a 2012 something for 2k
  14. Junk yard . Depending where you live if you're down south I would think most are gonna be 2wd anyhow I have a 2wd that I'm converting to 4wd I'd sell it to you but it won't be till summer . I'm sure you can't wait so post in the wanteds here
  15. Time to make it 4wd!!! If you put a 4wd axle in you'll have more rotating mass / weight probly will hurt you're gas mileage slightly . If you wanna make it 4wd in the future make sure you get the same ratio front axle
  16. Still looking for both plug ends for the rear tail light harness at the rear bumper with atleast 6 inches of wire on each side thanks Adam
  17. Thank you
  18. Check to see if its routed properly, if youre not getting and marks that's about all I can think of . Also there is a problem with getting calipers at parts stores they seem to think there all the same . The bleeder ends up being on the bottom instead of the top . If there older calipers disregard the caliper portion of the post
  19. I'm not a wheeler but I think you should invest in some steel braided brake lines .all the 4wd companies sell them . Couldn't tell you a price of hand though .
  20. Hello I'm looking for both male and female plugs with atleast 6 inches of wire after each plug for the tail light harness if you have something let me know how much shipped to Ohio 44509 thanks Adam
  21. No if the CPS does not work you won't get spark therefore it's working . You wanna be carful about how much starting fluid you use also . My edjucated guess would be a fuel pump then
  22. A 1k for both sides !!!!???? Highway robbery, I'd do it for half except I'm in Ohio. you might as well buy a Dana 44 for that price. shop around see what other shops charge first .
  23. Did you check for spark ? I wouldn't go throw parts at it yet you might be replacing parts that don't need changing . The filter is something that should be changed regularly so I'd changethat but check spark first
  24. You can in 4wd it has a dry slip yoke and a 242 t case no fluid will leak
