I had one fail in a very BAD snow storm took me 2 hours to make a 1/2 hour trip without 4wheel drive.

China header or factory? On my china one my insurance bought the plastic inserts would not fit tight. So I JB welded them in seemed to help.

I have been told a bad o2 will cause bad mpgs so I priced them on my 99 and there around 130.00 for both. My question is if there bad would the check engine light be on or could it be off and they still be bad? Any advice would be great as I hate to waste $130.00 right now.

My 4.0 99 auto XJ seems to be getting really bad gas mileage I thinking its down around 12-14. I tuned it up and no difference any suggestions?

Try to make do I have pulled a few motors and did allot of brakes u joints tires etc in a garage with the same space as yours.

You may want to flush the heater core also it helped mine allot. Take both hoses off the firewall inlets take your garden hose and run water thru both ways it should push some brown crappy water out. Go both ways and give it a couple minutes.

WOW I did also today but I did not have any cards with me. One I see about once a month the other was a black primer small lift right near home in a yard. I will have to drop a card by.

Front or rear? Front is the same as a Cherokee and there lots of company`s make them and if its the rear its going to be tough as they are not the same as a Cherokee may have to get a fab shop to build one.
