  1. nice MJ!! seen it on IG. tires is gonna depend on what kinda wheelin you do, and where youre at. but thats a nice truck!
  2. thats rat-rod heaven!
  3. i would just use all 4 doors from the 4 door, and just rework the rear bottom corners using the 2-door doors. no fussing with the glass, just use the stock 4-door glass.
  4. the blades of grass next to the drivers door match as well
  5. wheelbase would probably be in the 118" range? I have no idea what the frames do on the XJ's, or if they would match up at all, but imagine the possibilities!
  6. Image Not Found stumbled across this post from 2010 on JF. OP admits its a photoshop, but it got me thinkin, this wouldnt be *that* hard to pull off. front 2/3rds of a 4-door XJ, rear half of a 2-door XJ, add some elbow grease and a few late nights....presto, a Cheroburban.
  7. i got my rust free chief for $500
  8. fix the stuff that needs fixin, and then keep it stock.
  9. i'll give you $50 for it, and thats only if you deliver...
  10. i might try to get 'MPG LOL' for mine
  11. it looks so sad and naked!
  12. i think the wood in the bed is worth more than the truck
  13. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=218&ad=26940964&cat=&lpid=&search=comanche&ad_cid=3 "truck does run and drive. i previously had this up for trade. had a lot of offers, but nothing i was looking for exactly. i decided to just sell it. I'm firm on the price of $1200. i don't want to play the barter game, so thats my bottom dollar. its a 1991 jeep comanche 4x4. manual transmission. inline 6. truck has 270,000 miles on it, however the motor was swapped out and has a little over 120,000 miles on it. locked rear axle. i used it as a daily driver to work, and never had issues with it. has blue tooth radio in it. small budget lift and 33" tires. these trucks are coming harder and harder to find."
  14. so if i buy the badge, does that mean i automatically get the power of the stroker, without all the engine work?
  15. what kind of MPG do those get? either in the XJ or in the MJ
  16. where can i put down my deposit on one?
  17. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=218&ad=26841499&cat=&lpid=1&search=jeep&ad_cid=6 ok so its an RC comanche, but still, if i hadnt just picked up a winch for my 1:1 rig, I'd probably be all over this.
  18. i heard that a pitman arm from a WJ can work with some work, and will give you more steering angle, as its a longer arm. cannot confirm this though
  19. Utah as well. there always seem to be new ones popping up each week

    Politics

    you lost me at 'politics'.
  21. i can't imagine that thing ever getting up to 88mph...
  22. OK so yes, I'm holding the camera the 'wrong way', and yes the fuel gauge doesnt work, and yes, the exhaust is VERY loud, (there's a rather large hole in the floor), but here's video proof. i got it into 4th going around the block, but it was in 4low, so I topped out at like 20mph. still, thats the fastest ive driven it.
  23. the word on the street is true ;) video proof may come later on today, if i can get out of work at a decent hour. all it needs now are some shorter rear shocks, welding the rear spring perches for good, ebrake lines, coil retainers, and some tcase linkage adjustments.
