needs to be a clear shot of the "Comanche" emblem with no hard shadows and taken with the camera properly squared up to the emblem and from at least a couple feet away). BUT the big caveat is that it needs to be in good shape and painted. the shiny chrome emblems just aren't working. before I go painting mine I was hoping someone out there that had already painted theirs could snap a photo for me. color matters not. that is true pete, but say chain is stronger than strap :dunno: i'd use the chain for towin as well Redwolf that's some dang heavy and expensive chain to compete with a 30k lb strap ($40 for 30 feet and it only weighs a few pounds). Chain's big benefit is abrasion resistance.

the backup plan should be strap #2. :thumbsup: if you broke a 30k lb strap, what good is that chain? having said that, I have a big ol' chain in the truck. but it's there for other reasons (like towing a broken truck back to camp). the strap is used only for recovery to keep it as pristene as possible. keep that strap clean (wash it out after use) and away from sunlight and heat.

This could be as simple as some drop blocks. use them to balance the truck out and then remove them later on when the leafs settle. also, you can help the settling process along by putting weight in the bed. a LOT of weight. like to the bumpstops. leave it there for a couple days and then remove. repeat as necessary. :D

or maybe if they blended it all together. :yes: but as it is, I find it hideous. and I generally like everything MJ. It...it just looks like they stopped halfway through the project. :dunno:

looks suspicious photoshop-esque to me. I see lots of very careful cropping of the photos so we don't see too much. and look at how wide the drivers side B-pillar is compared to the pass side in this shot. Image Not Found

I ask because tires can have a funny way of making things look worse than they are. I would jack up the front end on a pair of jackstands and check the toe with a tape measure.

Will it handle being locked and 37s? plenty of guys out there running 35s. not sure how many have 37s. :dunno: how long it survives depends entirely on how you wheel.

yeah, it kinda sounds like you had a defective axle. :dunno: what about another Dana 30 and just add a truss?

then go with the 235/75, 245/70 or even a 245/75. the 245/75s are about the same size as most 31s and might rub the control arms a bit at full lock got 245/70r16s on my cherokee with no contact.
