  1. it is ABSOLUTELY a worthwhile upgrade. Will it fix your problems? can't say for sure. If your pump was backwards it would overheat all the time. if it's ok on the freeway, but runs hot when stationary, that sounds like an airflow issue to me.
  2. the later style is a great upgrade.
  3. are you rocking the old style e-fan or a newer style with the curved blades?
  4. good luck to you. I might be heading back to pullapart today. If I do, I'll see if any of the Jeeps have a working one I can snag.
  5. I'll take it! I'm not sure I'll be able to make the show though. but we'll iron out the details later.
  6. yeah, someone that knows what they are doing should be able to find a short in short order. keep us posted on what you find
  7. man that new decal looks great now that we have a reasonable facsimile of the Comanche logo font.
  8. poly spacers might be the cheapest option, but yes, the upcountry coils will help out a lot.
  9. emissions are just a tax on us poor guys.
  10. looking good what's the plan for the cab corners?
  11. I can now vouch for that. I've picked up and moved 2 of them inside 2 weeks. never picked up one before that in 20 years of MJ ownership.
  12. that AUX port looks factory
  13. hey, at least I went back and picked it up. never did find my trailer's spare tire though.
  14. I'm looking for a factory one. will say "Comanche" at the front of the bed. can't tell what the first is, and the second is definitely a Pendaliner.
  15. not new, but in decent shape. I've been trying for a while now to get a factory one, and eventually had to settle for the offbrand one in the trailer. If there's a closer one that is in my meager price range I'm all ears.
  16. get in touch with Kryptronic. He's been swamped at work lately, but when he gets some free time I imagine he can whip up some code that auto-saves all those pics you've already linked to imger
  17. so there's a factory bedliner on the in Victoria, BC that I would very much like for my 88's restoration. any chance that we could put together a chain to get it closer to me? I'm expecting a trip to Colorado in the fall, but all the way to Washington is too much. at the very least I'd need someone that can grab it and bring it across the Canadian border while I figure out a plan. thoughts?
  18. that is my understanding also.
  19. awesome find! one of the most important things is to keep water from infiltrating the cab. every single hole should be suspect (glass seals, hvac seal, fuseblock, door gaskets, etc).
  20. a picture would help clear it up for sure.
  21. there are some various swap threads in the link in my sig. welcome to the club!
