  1. you should make the bed into a offroad trailer!!
  2. bolts seized in the bushings?
  3. I think there's a writeup in the link in my sig? another decent option is the Liberty 8.25 which is super common in the junkyards right now.
  4. nice shifter is it comfortable?

    Dishwashers

it is. the only other fullsize dishwasher in my life was my grandma's which is still functioning and still from the 80s and still so loud that you have to shout at each other if you're in the kitchen while it's running.
  6. interesting. did you tape the window in place while it cured?

I just cut out the fins and screwed a bit of wire mesh behind it
  8. MJs only had solid and 3 piece windows. that is most definite;y aftermarket.
  9. all that stuff. be sure to start a build thread too!
  10. well, if it's roughly a 60/40 and 3200 pounds, that would be 960# per tire up front and 640# per tire in the rear
  11. Urethane. you want to use actual windshield adhesive to adhere the window to the cab.
  12. yeah, the black rubber bit you see comes off if you gently pry up the edge and kinda roll it to pull it off. It just fits onto the edge of the glass. be very careful, especially in the corners, as they are definitely not available new. you might need to scrape the silicone off first of course. what a mess. To remove the window, Harbor freight sells a tool that is essentially piano wire with 2 handles. poke the wire through and then saw at the urethane glue until the window is free. Then clean off the urethane and reapply it to glue the window back in. You can hold it in place with painter's tape while it cures. Be very careful not to saw at your interior panels.

we have a stainless Bosch. it's so quiet that it has a little light that shines on the floor to tell you it's running.
  14. nice! but the big question is... how bad is the whistle? is the tube long enough to muffle it?

I like the 8 slots with the extra bits removed
  16. what was once a single board, is now many. nearly finished. just need to stabilize the bottom of the slide and find a way to give it a bit of "roof" (probably just a tarp).
  17. you could start a new thread that the first post contained all the memes (with no names but with numbers to sync with the poll) and then add a poll to vote for one.
  18. you better! holy crap!
  19. also, the buckets will have female seatbelts that have a sheath that holds them up.
  20. if your bench's floor brackets are in good shape (the bits that bolt to the floor) and if the bucket seats have the straight sliders, then the bucket seats will bolt up to the floor brackets with minimal fuss. BUT if your buckets seats have the rocker bases (curved) that complicates things a bit. if your bench seat's floor brackets are rusted and toast, Brandon makes sells replacements:
