  1. don't remember the details unfortunately. but let's just say that it was.
  2. and that's when you handed him a Club card, yes?
  3. the parallelogram brackets near the bottom are swap bar spacers. longer swaybar links are preferred, especially if your truck is rusty because those bolts are super prone to snapping off. If you install the spacers, soak the bolts in PB Blaster or other penetrant for like days.
  4. also those taillights look fantastic
  5. you should always update your build thread. but if you'd like to do a DIY writeup for any of the individual projects, you are more than welcome to do so. when guys are looking for ideas or step-by-steps, that's more of the place to go and browse.

  7. that's "Pete" levels of crazy road trips right there

  11. love that headliner!
  12. so THAT'S why I can't get "MANCHE" on a tag. the truck is just spectacular! but you knew that already.
  13. you should post those pics in the Tech forum so more eyes will see 'em. not everyone checks in with the projects, but everyone see Tech.
  14. and worth every penny since a lot of our trucks have leaking windshields.
  15. seeing a bed sitting on its side is kinda freaking me out more than I though it would. lol
  16. the link in my sig has a thread in it with links to PDF version of various factory repair manuals.
  17. you'd probably need to either reuse them (i.e. build one at a time as old ones come in) or maybe even make a partial harness, where you run/bundle all the wires and let the end user reuse their connectors.
  18. it would make for a great offroad toy!

    Sherp

that would be one heck of a toy! I wonder what the local offroad park would make of it when you pulled up.
  20. there's always the holy grail you can shoot for, a complete new engine harness
  21. yeah, I'm leaning that way. I mean, where do I need to drive in the next couple weeks anyways? plus I'll be swapping out the hitch for a rust-free one and adding in my various factory skidplates. should be fun!
