  1. ^^ This. I got a set of Bosch 0280155703 "Neon" injectors from him - good guy to work with.
  2. Since this guy doesn't know how to post a Youtube link, here it is: You really should clean up that wiring mate.
  3. Good one Paul - you got us. ^^ What Bo said.
  4. This has turned up before. Make sure the turn signal, brake, and parking/tail light bulbs are correct in their front and rear housings, i.e. dual filament bulbs (2057 or compatible) and single filament bulbs (1156 or compatible) are all correct for their appropriate sockets. A single filament bulb in a dual filament socket, or vice-versa, can cause the symptoms you have.
  5. That bracket looks right. I vaguely remember when I got rid of the rear tube bumper and installed the NOS factory step bumper I had to remove a couple of leaf springs bolts and reverse them 180* for bracket clearance. Or maybe that was for the hitch? :hmm: Don't remember, years ago..........
  6. The 86 LWB and SWB brackets were different and wouldn't fit each other, but for 87 and up they were the same p/n for both.
  7. They can be used on Renix models if you use the EV1 Renix harness connector to the injector EV6 connector adapters, which are included in the auction in post #5.
  8. :rotf: :rotfl2: :rotf:
  9. Damn right! An explanation is in order shipmate. You had one of the few I really admired.
  10. Gawd, that is horrid. I do agree that mixing up colors is okay, but not like that. The factory gray and black pieces mix well - doing some of that now, but not with paint.
  11. The factory caster spec is 7.5* positive. If you are at +10* on the right side, all you have to do is remove some shims from the pocket behind the right LCA. Also, you can check your own caster with a simple angle finder on the upper ball joint flat. Both sides need to be the same as close to 7.5* as possible. More shims = more + angle, and vice-versa. See this thead: http://comancheclub.com/topic/45885-adjusting-caster/?hl=angle+finder
  12. 55433 is not the part number, it's the zip code of Lund Industries. The Lund p/n for the MJ visor is 19040.
  13. The GE Nighthawk LED lamps were $300 shipped for the pair. But you can always cheap out and pick up a pair of Autopal "e-code" (actually India-codes) junk and delude yourself thinking that you have quality H4 lighting. John - I'll get some pics up soon - been foggy and/or rainy every night.
  14. husky410ohio, could you post a pic directly from the backside like the below? The handle doesn't look quite wide enough in your pic above, but probably because it's taken at an angle.
  15. On the HOs the factory tach gets it's signal from the ECU, pin 43. Not the dist. Unscrew and pull the 60-pin connector off the ECU and check for corrosion, and/or recessed pins (#43 to be precise). Douche it down and clean it up with some quality electrical contact cleaner.
  16. Yep, that's about all you will find at the yard. High failure consumables....
  17. The long adjuster bolt is M8x1.25x120mm, NLA from the dealer. McMaster-Carr does carry it though. Fastenal might also. If the adjuster bolt is missing you will probably need the collar nut it screws into also. Part number 53002915. Get it here: http://stores.zmjeeps.com/collar-adjusting/
  18. ....and the price for a tie just went up 300%.
  19. It's brass, I have one in my hand. And it's non-magnetic..............
  20. Yep, I saw all that Eagle and could make no sense of it. A fix for a wallowed out hole? But why brass?
  21. Then you probably drink Bud Lite w. Lime. But we are straying from the endless Mo' Renix Power topic. Night Cruiser.......
  22. Correct. I'm simple and efficient.
  23. Yep, I'm jealous. But you do see the big picture. Controversy breeds knowledge.
  24. Mission accomplished. A slow night on the CC livened up with some justified Renix bashing. It's too easy.
