One comment and one question:
Comment: All the above has absolutely nothing to do with using the wrong bumper brackets for an aftermarket bumper. Just use the correct brackets made for the bumper. They are cheap if cost is the factor. I don't like drilling holes I don't need to.
Question: Which leaf springs did you use that caused the axle to be 7/8" to far forward? That's quite a bit especially when going with large diameter tires. I just want too be sure I don't purchase the same leaf springs. Hope your driveshaft isn't too short now............
Speedo cable works well for clearing larger dia. tubing, but I think you're SOL for this application. Speedo cable dia. ~.130" dia. speedo cable. MJ 3/16" brake line ID ~.118".
Might be better off trying to push a small stiff solid wire through it.
The hard line? Did you disco it on both ends then try to blow compressed air through it? Then yeah, it's clogged. Usually they clog at the bleed screw from sitting.
That's because they usually hit the wall a lot faster and harder than the NASCAR cars do. Looked like a demolition derby out there today. Amazingly though, no driver was seriously hurt.

Yes I adjusted the shoes all the way in so it's not that, or rust. Guess I'll have to join an Explorer forum to find the easy way to get them off. Sorry for the hijack.
Love the LWB Brett and great work. Need to ask you a question about your rear Explorer disks. I have the same setup on my D44 including the spacers. Have you tried to pull the rotors yet? I picked up a new pair of cross-drilled rotors in trade, and went to remove the old Explorer rotors. They wouldn't budge, stuck tighter than snot on a hot oven door. Tried everything and wore out two hammers. I'm at a loss................
Before doing anything else, pull out and bypass the delay module. They occasionally go bad and won't pass traffic. The module is inline, so unplug the harness connector each ends, then plug these connectors together.
Plugged In
Bypassed
DO IT! Depending on what the yard is asking of course. No waffling, with your repair skills, it's a damn good money maker for you. Or just drive the crap out of it until it falls apart.
You'll have port mismatch with a Renix head, but here's the procedure on an HO:
