  1. Yeah, but it would cost twice that to get it to San Diego. I bet you could find one in better shape out there anyway. As for Velocity, that's just more proof Comcast (local cable) are like drug dealers. They give it to you for free to get you hooked, then they tell you have to pay for it. Velocity is why my cable bill is over a $100/month.
  2. For Sale: land mine Price: $ 60 I think it still works, I will try it out tomorrow and let you know .

  4. Looks more like a Chernobyl deer, but I'll drink to it! Just glad it's not in my back yard. Creepy.
  5. Besides dead and creepy looking with a wierd rack, what is it?
  6. Pretty sure you can edit "your" content of an entire thread. If you started the thread, click "edit" at the bottom of the first post, then select "full editor". Should allow you to modify the title.
  7. Start simple. Are you reaching proper operating temp? Do you have the right coolant mix?
  8. There will always be another truck. You'll find the one you really want after you buy the one you have. Save your money, then shop.
  9. Rob, The seats are at the upholsterer now and it would be great if he had the plates. John wrote he'd be hitting the JY in a couple weeks if you imagine you could improve on the that, than "yes please"! Thanks!
  10. John ... Tried to send a PM, but I think I'm blocked. Got a red pop-up saying you won't accept PM's. I'd be grateful if you could grab the plates and hardware when you get a chance. Thanks!
  11. I bet they're pristine grey too, right?
  12. Sam's seasonals, Shocktop, UFO's, Cape Cod Blonde and Red ... pretty much any Belgian Wheat Do some shooting, but I don't hunt.
  13. Me too! Please. Thank you.
  14. Seems I misplaced the metal plates the seatbacks lock into. I know it's an impossible dream, but if you have a pair, I'm a buyer. I'd send/post pics, but as I wrote, I can't find the frickin things. These plates serve to lock the seatback in place so it won't tip forward without lifting the release. If you have them, you'll know what I mean. I partially disassembled my seats to get the old bracket off. I finally found someone to recover my seats without taking out a mortgage and when I dropped the seats off they guy asked, "what went here?", pointing to the space where the plates went. I tore my basement apart looking for them. I'd also LOVE a pair of unbroken tilt release guides for the side of the seats. I figure I may as well wish on those too. Thanks!
  15. Rock ... I think the query was directed at me. We've traded PMs ... I'm going to send StrokerMJ some pics. He gets first right of refusal, then they're going in the For Sale section.
  16. Been looking for a an OEM replacement drivers seat base cover in agate 97-01 XJ. Seems the vinyl on the side of the seat base always cracks/splits from entry and exit. If there's a rip free one, I'm all over it!
  17. I'll part with my Cordovan headrests. Asking a million dollars (I really just want to retire) but it's negotiable. ;)
  18. Having lived in New England most of my adult life, there are a few indisputable facts of winter driving ... Never underestimate the stupidity of other drivers Leave room between you and the vehicle in front of you even when you're stopped Nothing stops on ice DO NOT lock up your brakes, pump them Turn into the slide and take your foot off the gas (your a$$ end is trying to pass your front end) 4WD just means you can get twice as stuck Good advice to go play in a parking lot. Drifting in 2WD and 4WD is a blast!!!
  19. What is "daveys jeep"?
  20. Yup. This one sold for over $5,000 (the last couple times it was listed on eBay).
  21. Nuts ... Ty beat me to the quick. Couldn't post pics from work, but they'll be up tonight! Feel free to edit your replies ... BabyBlack asked me to upload his pics when he started the thread. My bad. You just wait, 'cause I've seen the pics and it's a nice ride!
  22. Hmmm kind of a dreamer ... 5K? Funny too. "Leather" interior! LOL Rare "automatic" 5 speed. For your viewing pleasure: http://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/sys/4297172876.html I am selling my 1987 Jeep Comanche. It has only 81,000 original miles on it, and runs great. I am selling it because my girlfriend inherited a new truck and now we have no need to put miles on this one so it just sits. It is an automatic, 4 wheel drive, leather interior, CD, and in great shape all the way around. Any more questions please contact me via phone call at 914-466-4863. My name is Doug. Leather? Rare and collectable 5spd automatic! Redemption ... 81K on a 4.0
