  1. Reusing the ZJ (?) master cylinder I've had for forever. Adding in an adjustable proportioning valve for the rears.
  2. Man, I haven't really stopped tinkering with it, but things aren't really worth posting until they're at least somewhat complete... which takes months in my case. Thanks for the kind word.
  3. I eventually found a parallel-flow A/C condenser for our trucks (I'll provide a link if I can find it) I'm hoping the OE serpentine condenser will flow enough volume to support the liquid-to-air charge cooler. Everything fits so well!
  4. Homemade bead rolled DOM aluminum and heat shrink hose clamps made for a clean lower radiator hose.
  5. How cool! What exactly does "significant" mean to you, may I ask?
  6. This is why comancheclub is awesome. Thanks to all for sharing these finds!
  7. Sorry for the no-response on this. I'm using a Variable Frequency Drive; its a pretty popular way to do it nowadays and you can get them cheapish.
  8. Where did you source this from?
  9. Compressor is a scroll-type from a 2000ish Civic, which natively rotate CCW. Was hoping to fit two of them like this with one as onboard air, but this was complicated enough!
  10. This is the most complex piece I've ever attempted, but only because there were so many steps, not because there was any one "hard" thing to do - all rudimentary! To those with any inclination and means to do so, I would 100% recommend getting a lathe and a mill and learning how to use them. It's been a fun addition and beneficial to this whole resto-mod hobby.
  11. Speaking of machining stuff... Still gotta make progress even when you're low on project cash.
  12. After experiencing what a hole saw can do to a Jacob's taper, I can't imagine trying to mill with one
  13. A real machinist would likely cringe at the ways I use (or don't use) this thing
  14. It is super useful! God's drill press and so much more. I should have taken video of using it to cope the 1-3/4" .250" wall DOM for the lower arms. It was straight up impressive.
  15. Another IFS MJ build. Amazing.
  16. Would you be willing to do a custom belt routing diagram for a TDi swap?
  17. JK 30/44 are both stripped and ready for conversion. This process was irritatingly long and messy.
